Your Eyes (Breaking Cycles Release)

An energetic fusion of electronic dancehall rhythms and glitch elements, "Dancehall of Deja Vu" embodies the feeling of being caught in a time loop. Σήμερα είναι η Διεθνής Ημέρα κατά της βίας των γυναικών και με αφορμή αυτό το γεγονός θα ήθελα να μοιραστώ κάποια δεδομένα που βοήθησαν κι εμένα να κατανοήσω καλύτερα το ταξίδι μου. Δεν θα μιλήσω τόσο με όρους γιατί δεν είμαι εδώ για να κάνω διάγνωση αλλά θα περιγράψω χαρακτηριστικά προσωπικοτήτων που μπορούν να αποβούν ακόμη και επικίνδυνα.  Ας δούμε λοιπόν μαζί πως να αναγνωρίζουμε αυτά τα χαρακτηριστικά ώστε να βγάζουμε εγκαίρως από τη ζωή μας τους ανθρώπους που τα φέρουν. 

Ποιοι άνθρωποι είναι ικανοί να κάνουν κακό σε κάποιον άλλον; 

Άνθρωποι με ισχυρή επιθυμία να κυριαρχήσουν πάνω σου γιατί σε θεωρούν κατώτερο/κατώτερη. Συνήθως μπορεί να εμφανίζονται ως άτομα με υπέρμετρη αυτοπεποίθηση με μια μεγαλομανία να τους διακατέχει. Πρόκειται για ανθρώπους ανήσυχους και ανυπόμονους που θέλουν να ακουστεί η φωνή τους μα δίχως να σου δίνουν χώρο να ακουστείς κι εσύ. Είναι συνήθως εύγλωττοι και θέλουν να δείχνουν πως είναι ενημερωμένοι για τα πάντα και "έχουν στην κατοχή τους όγκο πληροφορίας που εσύ δεν έχεις". Στοχεύουν συνήθως σε άτομα από τα οποία έχουν κάτι να κερδίσουν και ακόμα και αν εκφράσουν με ποικίλους τρόπους την φαινομενική "αγάπη" τους, δεν είναι σε θέση να αγαπήσουν πραγματικά ή να νιώσουν ενσυναίσθηση. Όταν δεν τους δίνεις προσοχή θυμώνουν και αρχίζουν να απομακρύνονται με την ελπίδα πως θα τους κυνηγήσεις. Συχνά χρησιμοποιούν Silent Treatment αν δουν όμως πως δεν υπάρχει χώρος για τέτοια τεχνάσματα φορούν ξανά τον καλύτερό τους εαυτό για να σε φέρουν πίσω κοντά τους. Δεν σέβονται τα σαφώς ορισμένα όρια και δεν φοβούνται να σε ταπεινώσουν, να βγάλουν από το νου τους ιστορίες για να σε βγάλουν τρελό ή ακόμα και να ασκήσουν βία για να περάσει το δικό τους. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσουν υποσχέσεις και τον λεκτικό τους λόγο με σκοπό τον εντυπωσιασμό μα δεν είναι πρόθυμοι να κάνουν την σκληρή δουλειά. Τα πιστεύω τους μπορεί να ξύσουν τα τραύματά σου και να σε κάνουν να αμφισβητήσεις το φως σου από ζήλια που δεν το έχουν εκείνοι. Συνήθως διψούν για θαυμασμό και δεν δέχονται εύκολα το όχι σαν απάντηση. Δεν θα διστάσει να πατήσει πάνω στα συναισθήματά σου για να κερδίσει αυτό που θέλει πόσο μάλλον όταν νιώθει απόρριψη. Μπορεί να δημιουργήσουν γι'αυτό το λόγο μια δυναμική back and forth, μια δυναμική ελέγχου. Τους αρέσει ακόμη να υποδύονται ρόλους ανάλογα με το άτομο που έχουν απέναντι τους. Τέλος, στα δύσκολα δεν θα είναι ποτέ κοντά σου και αν παραπονεθείς για αυτό θα προσπαθήσει να σε διαψεύσει ή θα στρέψει τους προβολείς ξανά πάνω του. 

Πως μπορούμε όμως να διαχειριστούμε μια τέτοια περίπτωση; 

Παρατηρούμε σιωπηλά και ύστερα αποχωρούμε δίχως να δώσουμε πάτημα για προστριβή. Μένουμε σταθεροί στα θέλω και στα όρια μας και επιστρέφουμε την ενέργειά μας πάντοτε πίσω σε εμάς.

"The God Gene" is a concept centered on humanity's connection (or lack thereof) physically and spiritually (though not necessarily religiously). 

Think of "God" in the sense of an unexplainable metaphysical force that connects us to everything within existence (whether we are aware of it or not). 

Think of "Gene" as the physical boundaries we find ourselves within, during this particular existence, at this specific time. 

"The God Gene" can also symbolize the confusing (and often violent) existential crisis we collectively find ourselves in.

A lot of us live in our head, disconnected from our feelings and intuition. This podcast touches on releasing insecure attachment, accepting your authentic self and getting “unstuck” by connecting to how you FEEL instead of how you THINK. I’ve been there, and discuss sensitive subjects using my own experiences with a lot of laughs and even more empathy… because we’re all flawed humans.
