If David Lee Roth asked Mac Demarco to play guitar and screamed pig squeals in "Just a Gigolo" it might have sounded something like this song. Tracked at Easley McCain Recording (White Stripes, Sonic Youth), "Hot Springs" is a standout indie anthem to being strung out on love and getting exactly what you bargained for. Host of "The Radio Memphis Live Music Hour" Tundrea Lyons-Brock describes the song as "a breath of fresh air." Inspired by a night of listening to Frank Sinatra records and drinking scotch, "Hot Springs" marries classic story-telling with post-punk guitar tones, synthesizer solos and even just a hint of hip-hop production.
