A unique Singer/Songwriter/Producer hailing from
Brixton. Barry is a creative artist who encapsulates the term “soulful
expression”. With a street edge to his music that is apparent both, lyrically
and musically. As a Producer, Barry is always pushing boundaries! Being a
multi-instrumentalist has allowed him to develop into a versatile artist with a
modern yet classic style. His music displays a timeless quality enriched by
acoustic instruments played by Barry himself!

After many years of performing with some of Europe’s top orchestras as a violist, Arterapsy found a new creative home in electronic music. Now a DJ, producer, and remixer, he brings a unique depth to his sound, blending the precision of his classical training with the energy of underground progressive house.
His musical journey has taken him through jazz, pop, and electronic collaborations with artists like Melody Gardot, Stewart Copeland, Jonny Greenwood, Public Service Broadcasting, and Ministry of Sound. Inspired by DJs like Hernán Cattáneo and Sama’ Abdulhadi, Arterapsy crafts sets that are both powerful and deeply moving—layering rich harmonies with hypnotic basslines to create an immersive experience.
But his music isn’t just about the beat—it’s about transformation. As a Reiki practitioner, Arterapsy weaves healing frequencies and carefully tuned Hertz vibrations into his sets, using sound as a tool for energy alignment and emotional balance. Every performance is designed to take the audience on a journey, not just through music, but through feeling.
With performances in some of the world’s most iconic venues, Arterapsy has mastered the art of storytelling through sound. His ability to merge classical roots with cutting-edge electronic production makes his work stand out, offering something deeper than just a set—it’s an experience.
