Like many, Simon has seen his share of challenges and heart breaking issues, but his decision to pursue happiness and meaning has caused his life's journey to be interesting and full of blessings. In addition, Simon shares the power of the poem called the "Dash".

One FM breakfast announcer Plemo interviews The Salvation Army's Jim Gow about the upcoming Under the Same Stars VIP Sleep Out Event at Deakin Reserve, Shepparton.

“Under the Same Stars” VIP Sleepout event also incorporates “100 Miles From Home” fundraiser. The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for CEO’s/ VIP’s to not only fund raise by attending, but experience homelessness for an evening.

Funds raised are to be kept locally, contributed to The Salvation Army North East Youth Services to assist young people experiencing homelessness. 

It's on 6pm Wednesday the 16th of April, 2025 to 6am the 17th of April, 2025.  Deakin Reserve (Skene St, Shepparton)
