Tarantella eventually packed up and relocated to North Carolina to see if the lively music scene there might be a boon to us. At the same time we were working on new songs and moving in some different directions musically. I believe this is a demo Chris recorded so that John and I could come up with parts. I seem to remember practicing it, but I don't remember it going any farther than that. Great song, wish I could remember the name.

EVENT OVERVIEW:
Co-ops in Conversation is a pilot event organized by Co-op Triangle and sponsored by the Cooperative Council of NC. The inaugural event on May 22nd, 2024 was focused on building solidarity among food co-ops in the triangle region of NC, using a public panel to focus on best practices, financial sustainability grounded in equity, and cooperation among food co-ops. 

The panel included representatives from three food co-ops (Gabriella Lott, Board Secretary from Fertile Ground Food Cooperative; Matt Colley, General Manager from Durham Co-op Market; and Allanah Hines, Board Chair & Chief Culture, Engagement, and Impact Officer from Weaver Street Market) and one national organization (Gabby Davis, Racial Equity & Food Justice Manager from National Co-op Grocers, who is also on the Board for Detroit People's Food Co-op). The panel was moderated by Ron Garcia Fogarty. 

Co-op Triangle is a ragtag, grassroots group that grew out of a monthly "Co-op Happy Hour" that ran for over 12 months from 2022 to 2023, with over 75 attendees across that time to happy hours and related co-op events. It is currently organized by Anwar Simon, Ron Garcia Fogarty, and Brendan O'Connor, all of who are worker-owners at different local co-ops. 

The Cooperative Council of North Carolina (CCNC) is a membership association of cooperatives throughout North Carolina across all industry sectors. The mission of CCNC is to educate, connect and promote cooperatives and empower the communities we serve.

Ted, the Baby Boomer of the bunch, attended Central Michigan University and since the mid 80’s has hosted The Sports Forum radio show and called high school play-by-play of a multitude of sports.

Our Generation-X co-host, Matt Burns, moved on from Corunna where he was a record setting wide receiver and graduated from Grand Valley State University. He now makes his living at ESPN.

Our youngest viewpoints will come from the Millennial of the trio Jerod Fattal. J-Rod starred at quarterback for the Cavaliers graduating in 2017, recently graduated from GVSU, and is working at Bally Sports Detroit.
