A song from the very beginning of my music career which started way back in 2004, just three skateboarding pot smoking beer drinking youths who wanted to add a piece of ourselves to the world with music. This album was recorded over three weeks, and was recorded drinking copious amounts of alcohol, and smoking enough marijuana to kill an elephant, and this was a song about a bad breakup that I had gone through, not thinking things through I had literally thrown it all away over a girl who didn't even love me anymore. Thank god I didn't end up in prison for pulling a shot gun on her to scare her over the affair. I didn't hurt her physically but I surely did mentally, and this is the way i tried to say sorry to her through the ether

Throwing It All Away By Mescalyne 2008

Track 2 off the Mescalyne band's debut Album/demo Green Nation recorded in 2008 on copious amounts of alcohol and enough marijuana to kill an elephant. It was recorded with Bradley Dahlberg singing lead vocals on all tracks, Zach Bayerle on bass guitar, and Josh the beast man Savage Cawelti beating the living hell outta the drum kit on all tracks minus the Ecstasy song, and the Ether song. This album was special and sold 182 copies to all of our friends throughout the mille lacs county region all the way to the cities and Brainerd Minnesota. We custom made all of our T-shirts and they sold out before we even played the live show's in champlin Minnesota at the moon rock bar and grill, which is the show and venue that the live recordings from this track and others came from. I really can't believe that I found these songs again, brings me to tears this evening hearing them for the first time in literal years 

ETHER SONG LIVE at the MoonRock Bar and Grill 2008 by Mescalyne

A song that was very special to me for the amount of work the intro took me. Its originally written about a murderer who threw his whole life away over a girl that was cheating on him. because i had gone through my first real heart break during this period there was more than one song that ended up with scheme to the theme. I am beyond happy that I was able to find these tracks to share with you all finally. for over a decade this part of my catalog was missing. I hope that you all enjoy the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Dahlberg music. recorded in Isle Minnesota in 2007-08 on copious amounts of alcohol, and Enough marijuana to kill an elephant. I am going to revisit these songs in the future to see how revamping them a good idea is or not. it's kind of hard to remake something that was made so purely during a time in my life I had so much yet to learn. it's crazy that this was almost recorded 20 years ago

is the one of the many group's/projects/ fronted by singer song writer Bradley Dahlberg. This sound cloud spans over the last decade of recordings from Dahlberg. From the yuks a grunge rock band formed in mille-lacs county, To the drug driven melodies of Mescalyne67. One thing that remain's the same is the writer. Some of the tracks feature a Isle local drummer Charles Maag. Some feature Dahlberg on drums,  some song's being completely preformed by Bradley Edwin.
