The story behind this set is simple: my girlfriend isn't too familiar with EDM but enjoys progressive house and I wanted to make her a set that she would have fun listening to. This set utilizes Rekordbox's new stem feature, which is pretty fun but I would still choose a dedicated software for removing stems. Enjoy this one-hour set.

i first posted a cover of this song roughly three and a half years ago, after having looped it adnauseum for roughly three years prior to that. there is something so poignant to me about this era of youtube and these creators who were posting their original works within that time. i remember being an anxious and tired sixteen year old who couldn't find anything to ground itself in, and this song existed among a handful that made me feel so seen and understood.

i haven't kept up with clinton kane much in the interim, but i hope things have been going well. wherever they may be.
