You’ve probably have been told that God loves you. As John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” It is good and right that this attribute be made much of, for God’s love is the heart of the gospel, and the heart of the entire Bible.
     But the question I want to answer today is, “Why does God loves us?” Why does He have this love that gives salvation and blessing and eternal life. Why does He love us?

This podcast details a case before the Upper Tribunal (Tax and Chancery Chamber) where Heather Dunne sought to prevent the publication of a Financial Conduct Authority decision notice concerning her conduct. Dunne argued that publication would severely harm her mental health, citing medical and counseling evidence. The Tribunal, however, dismissed her application, finding her evidence insufficient to overcome the presumption of open justice and the statutory requirement for publication under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The Tribunal considered other arguments regarding reputational damage and the relevance of her financial circumstances but also rejected those claims. The decision included redactions to protect Dunne's private health information.
