I'm really happy that I was able to do this. I tried covering this song when I first started using Furnace, but it didn't turn out well. Now, after covering several songs and learning how the program works, I came back to it and produced satisfactory - no, great results. At least, in comparison to my last attempt. A really big help is the Oescliope (I will never spell this right) I found on youtube that helped break down the roles of every instrument used in the song. Thanks to that, and the usage of a few effects to try and replicate the vibratos and arpeggios of the guitars and trumpets, I can say with full confidence that the cover of the closest thing Cream the Rabbit has to a theme song has been completed! She's one of the sweeter characters of the series and tends to be a joy to play as whenever she's playable, so I'm quite joyed that I pulled this off! At least, I think I did.
Will this be my final project for the year? I'm not certain. But what I do know is that I've come quite a way with Furnace, with this cover being the most definitive proof of my progress. I want to explore different chip expansions, like the Y...YM....Uh... YM something... And I also would like to eventually explore more soundchips to explore as well! I also really miss Famitracker, so I should return to using it at some point, especially since I don't think I ever really tapped into its fullest potential.

So, it’s been a while, hasn’t it. I’m writing a full-on LETTER to y’all, cus... it’s been, what- 7 Months already? Sheesh. And with such promise of a big BIRTHDAY BASH Album, too. 
 
Y’know, I do intend on keeping that vision in mind- AND that album will be the last thing I’ll post on SoundCloud, here. I’ve made that decision a while ago, so... could you TECHNICALLY consider this “retirement”? Although, you WILL see me on other Social Medias such as YouTube & Instagram. Those will be linked first, as you probably saw. 
 
It’s been... difficult, to say the least. I wasn’t, or still AM not exactly clear in my head, I’m busy with IRL work and it’s been zapping my energy countless times, making me lose some sleep over it at times. Not fun, adults will know what I mean- You probably are suffering the same kind of shit right now! 

Whatever it may be, let it be known I am proud of YOU coming this far! 
 

To all of you, I thank you for being as patient with me as you have been throughout these months. I can’t thank you guys enough. I just can’t, that’s like, fuckin’ ridiculous- How can you just WAIT that long??? I personally wouldn’t forgive myself, but... well, here we are. I am grateful. I’ve been recently feeling a little more motivated, and I’ve begun involving myself in projects, returning slowly to my former self when it comes to productivity!  

 

As I’m writing this, I’ll be working on something shortly! A chase theme, if you will... 

 

This will be all from me. I’m sorry I’ve made lots of you worry. I’m fine now, a little better, but aren’t we all trying? Just keep going, everyone! It WILL be alright. Just believe in yourself and you can achieve your dreams! Alright, I’ve done my part. Love you all!
