‘For the life of every living thing is in His hand, and the breath of every human being.’

- Every aspect of your life is held in the hands of God.
- Being ‘in His hand’ means protection, authority, and personal involvement.
- God is the giver of life and breath and everything else.
- Your life is a gift from God so put everything in His hands today.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for the life and breath You give me today. I place my concerns, my cares and my issues into Your hands right now. I realise that my concerns are in the safest place when they are in Your hands. Amen.

Romans 5:8

‘God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.’

- Even in our lowest moments, we can rely on the Lord.
- God’s love for us is not dependant on how good we are.
- His love is unconditional, it flows to our lowest valleys.
- His love gives us strength each day and it lifts us up.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your great love for me. I ask that Your love will come and lift me up and give me the strength I need. I know that even in my darkest and my most undeserving moments, Your love still reaches for me. Amen.
