For this edition I decided to do a Dylan special, but focusing on his early work, so mainly 1998-2000 rather than playing a whole Cylon and/or Biotic set as I've done in the past. I dug up all the vinyls from his releases I have, though I unfortunately didn't have any of his early Droppin' Science releases - I thought I had one but couldn't find it. However, the very first Outbreak releases from 1999 were great to dust off and finally play. Towards the end I had to include a few tunes released in 2001, as I didn't have enough for the full two hours, but I think they all fit the theme really well. I hope you'll enjoy the raw dark sounds as much as I did!

He‘s feasting on music: 2 – 4 hours of fresh sound. Every single day. A diet that makes Sebastian Kos a remarkably up-to-date and versatile DJ. Also a good reason why the Swiss is gaining more and more popularity at the moment.


Back in the day, music selection used to be the most important job of a DJ. In face of the ever growing torrent of new sound out there, it seems like this skill is rapidly becoming increasingly important. Swiss DJ Sebastian Kos is a good example: His sets are highly eclectic, they derive ideas, styles, and taste from an extremely broad and diverse range of Psytrance and its subgenres. It‘s no surprise that he is often booked to play during the prime time of a party, as he seems to have a very special knack for playing the right tune at the right moment. Speaking of right tunes: There‘s always a fair share of unreleased tracks in his collection. Spinning records since 1997, he gained great technical precision, frequently playing in the tropical party hotspots of Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Bangkok for the last 12 years added to his sound a feeling of internationality and acidic sexiness. In this respect Sebastian is a perfect match for Antu Records, which he currently represents as a label DJ.
One impressive example for Sebastian‘s skill is Summer Never Ends Festival 2013, where he hit the spot and sent the 10,000 party heads on the main floor to a most blissful state of mass euphoria. Listening to new music in his home studio for 2 – 4 hours every day and managing an increasingly tight booking schedule is still not enough to keep him occupied. Since 2013 Sebastian Kos is organizing both Psychedelically Family and 7sd parties. The next edition has been announced for April, it will be a joint venture with Xerks Music and will take place in Switzerland. Also watch out for the first chapter of the Psychedelically Family compilation, to be released sometime in the year. In May, Sebastian Kos will play at the Shankara Gathering in Denmark. CYLON is the Psychedelic Trance project of Takeo Namiki based on Japan.
His experience as a main guitar player from Heavy Metal/Hard Core/Funk/Loud Rock give him insights on his productions.
One day, he realized “I need to seek a musical platform which is a common style for all the humanity on our mother earth”. And then, he finally met and fell in love with this kind of dance music called psychedelic trance! It also seemed like there needed to be some more groovy sounds like funk music put into this kind of psychedelic music. So, he made a decision that “I’ll be with this scene till I die”.
The humanoid CYLON was born in 2011 for spreading out his DNA around the world.
He produces cutting-edge Progressive Dance tracks which combines the sound from Analog to Digital and Real Band music to the electronical cyber sound which will take you to the next level of the journey.
He has played on the main stage of mammoth festivals like Boom, Origin, Rezonance & Ozora, and always wants the audience to understand who they are, realize the energy they are emitting, and to find the balance to live harmoniously with other beautiful souls around them. 
Meanwhile, Californian eyewear brand “Black Flys” has been supporting CYLON as a part of the Fly Family since 2019. 
“Psychedelic, Dance, Groovy, Fractal and Life”. These five words describe the CYLON sound.

Mindfield was formed in London around 1992 by musicians John Ford & Simon Carman and pioneering Goa Trance DJ’s Mark Allen and Chrisbo, then resident DJ’s at their seminal London Party Pagan. They played at Return To The Source, Megatripolis, Space Hopper and many other genre defining parties and events of the early UK Goa trance scene, releasing a string of classic 12” vinyl releases and CD tracks such as Lets Get Stoned & Watch The Freaks and Odyssey Of The Mind & finally a double CD album collecting their tracks from ’94-’99. 

Mark and Chrisbo left around ’96 to work as Quirk & Medicine Drum, leaving John & Simon to run their enormously influential Phantasm and Psychic Deli imprints which featured the earliest output of some of the scenes most talented artists, many of whom are among the most popular psytrance artists around today.

Sadly, Simon died in 1997 after a battle with leukaemia leaving John to fly the Mindfield flag at numerous parties & festivals worldwide such as Universo Parallelo, XXXPerience, Neverland, Indian Spirit, Full Moon etc.. until the present day as well as appearing in the worlds best clubs such as Club A in Sao Paulo, Comfort 13 and The Block in Tel Aviv, Difer Ariake in Tokyo, Heaven in Seoul, Ministry Of Sound in London, Backyard In Ko Pha Ngan etc.. and continuing to record as Mindfield as well as some memorable collaborations with Dickster, Mad Maxx, and Cosmosis among others, including with his son, psytrance legend Eskimo ..

Faycal and Bruno came to Trance because of their common passion for Tiesto.They met in a nightclub,in 2010, called "Queen club" during a Tiesto Party.Once they understood how much they loved Trance as much as the other,they decided to create and launch the current project called "Gate of Paradise" in 2010.Their goal is about promoting Trance,promoting producers who deserve more consideration and share ,every week,their passion for this genre.Their style is characterized by energetics sets,full of emotions,catchy melodies but it can be dark as well with pumping beats.
