This episode of the No Lies Just Bullshit podcast will wrap up another killer year of guests and stories by hanging out back at the base with Alley Cat's own Chris Porter. Nick chats with the Tatter about all kinds of things you'd expect and a bunch more. Fellow crew member Jake Hockman steps in around the halfway point and pontificates upon some shared travels this year and it's just an all-around good time as we say goodbye to twenty twenty-three and get ready for another amazing year of tattoos in the Shenandoah Valley and bringing this show to the world.

It's been a little while since the last time they were on the show, but Old Heavy Hands returns to talk about their new album coming out this month called Small Fires. Nick travelled down to Roanoke where they were performing a show at Martin's bar and grill and talked to the boys at Flying Panther Skate Shop where they hung out for a while and played a few songs. Friend of the show, Schuyler, is there for the hang as well. It's a great way to kick off 2024 with some music and musical conversation.

If you've been listening for a while, you've probably heard an episode with this week's guest, Dave Boisineau. He's got a few. Well, he came down from Maryland to hang with Nick for a while and get caught up on what's been going on with him. It's a great episode that gets into some more history of Richmond tattooing and some other places that have come up in stories on the show. Steve-O shows up after a while and it's just a great hang with some great friends. Don't skip this one.

Nick's hotel room across from the Philly Convention is where we recorded with three legends recently. The first guest is Timmy Tats from just up the road in State College, PA at King Cobra Tattoo which has been around for almost thirty years. It's another great record of tattoo history recorded so the stories don't get lost as time goes on. It's a great conversation of yet another legend in the industry and how he got started and then weaving in and out of a lot of places you're gonna want to hear about and some recognizable names involved along the way.

The weekend of the Philly Tattoo Convention, once again Nick's hotel room across the way is where the stories get told in order to preserve the words of another industry great. This time it's Angelo Scotto, come down from Champion Tattoo in the Bronx to bullshit with Nick for a few hours. Big George joins in the conversation and the tales told from both of these long time tattooers are ones that you don't want to miss. Sit back and take in some history. We'll keep bringing it to you.

Molly tells us about some of her travels and her start in the tattoo industry and everybody just shoots the shit about what we all love: tattoos. It's a fun one, so check it out.

Well, now Chris Wielk gets his own episode to sit down with Nick and talk for over two hours about some excellent thoughts about tattooing and much more. But mostly tattoos!
