The rising Bristol-based star laid down an absolute heater of a set, exploring a range of 140, Dubstep, Techno, UKG and Jungle in his truly signature style.

Brought to you by Kitsch & Sync Collective, Hijinx and Theatr Iolo, COBLYN  is a family-friendly celebration of Welsh folklore, music, songs and folk dance!

This is a highly visual show that includes a few Welsh language words. It will take place outside using the Theatr Iolo Travelling Theatre as a backdrop. The audience will congregate around the trailer to watch the show and it will last approximately 20-25 minutes. 

There are small sections of the show, where the performers will come into the crowds and ask some audience members to join in. Please feel free to dance along at any time. 

There are four performers in this show and all of their costumes have been made from Welsh blankets and vintage clothes which have been patchworked together. The costumes were designed by Rhiannon Matthews and Kylie Ann Smith and made by Rhiannon. 

The set and props for Coblyn has been designed and made by Carl Davies. 

The Theatr Iolo Travelling Theatre is an old exhibition trailer, which when packed away is a plain white and metal trailer which looks a bit like a closed hot dog van. However, when set up for the this show, the trailer is transformed into a small outdoor stage. 

There is only a small amount of words used in this show so there will be live audio description to help you understand what action is taking place. There is a loose storyline that links a number of comedy sketches together with small sections of dance and lots of comedy clown action. The composition and sound has been designed by Dyfan Jones and will include Welsh folk music as well as new music created specifically for this show. 

The story follows an unruly gang of 3 magical gnomes, coming out of hibernation and causing a bit of mischief in the garden. They stumble across a stranger covered in coal dust, who plays a magical instrument that helps the flowers to grow. They all dance and enjoy the arrival of Spring.
