On 31 December 2012, Channel 4 broadcast a live DJ set by the legendary Frankie Knuckles as part of their New Year's Eve House Party. 

Apart from the last two tracks, I have conformed and over-cut the broadcast audio with uncompressed WAV files of all the tracks, yielding a higher fidelity experience.  In the case of Shine, this was rebuilt from Inaya Day's Lose My Worries (Ralf GUM Main Instrumental) and Luther Vandross Shine (Club Acappella) tracks.  

The spoken intro and outro by Radio 1Xtra host, Charlie Sloth, have been removed.

The new fidelity of most of this new mix is stunning and worth listening to LOUD.

18 January of 2024, Frankie Knuckles would have been 69 years old. He will be forever loved and remembered.

Drawing experience from a performing career spanning 16 West End shows & international tours with numerous artists including Frank Sinatra, Cynthia Erivo, Acid jazz legends The Brand New Heavies, The Proclaimers and many more. Winner BEST MUSICIAN Edinburgh International Jazz Festival. 

Nick is a BAFTA and IVORS ACADEMY member & London resident.
