I decided to do nostalgia but in my personal perspective. I always grew up around the ballpark whether I was hearing it from my house or when I was actually there. Even now I find myself with the slight mention or even the chance to hear the ballpark from my house when I go back to my hometown. It floods me with so many childhood memories and the feeling of it being game day all over again. The ballpark represents a simpler time in my life when I was young and softball was the only other activity I had going on. Listening to this audio creates a whole bunch of happy feelings. With just a simple sound of a bat cracking puts a smile on my face. I realized with listening to this sound it automatically puts me in a great mood no matter what just happened. The nostalgia isn't just about the past yet it's about the overall power of those memories and how it brings a sense of comfort and happiness to the present. To create the full effect in a sense I made my memory into a sound. There is a lot of chattering yet you will hear a Mourning Dove chirping. This is to symbolize nostalgia because most people hear this sound and instantly get drawn back to their childhood.  You will also hear kids cheering, bat dropping, me running, metal cleats walking on the dirt or sidewalk and the car door closing. 
In order to get the sounds I did I went to the ballpark that is around the corner from my hometown home and just walked around and recorded. I then went home and put on my metal cleats and walked around on dirt and the sidewalk because during softball that is all you hear when you walk around the scraping of the metal. I used the sound from the ballpark as the main background noise to give it the full effect. In order to get the Mourning Doves chirping I went to my grandparents house in the country where it is super quiet and just stood outside until I heard the bird and used my iPhone voice memos app to record it. I used this sound strongly in the beginning and then I made it slowly distant away slowly. I really wanted to create emotion and memory with this sound. Although I know many people might not have grown up around the ballpark, I wanted to give the people who did this to me an audio that can create old childhood memories and overall just create a sound that gives happiness. This audio helps create a spark of memories to the present and to give you the motivation to keep doing what you love the most in life. To simply give you the most happiness.

Not being shy of any genre (OK, leave off some Punk and Extreme Metal derivates) I engage in composing, arranging, mixing and collaborating. 

Oh, and I do all my artwork and designs as well. And as you may notice I regard AI as a friendly helper.

Hi all, so from 2016 to 2024 I assembled and produced a large collection of covers of many of my favorite tunes as my own hobby (and many during COVID lock-downs!) and I have accumulated over 3,000,000 plays across the world which is awesome!

I am much more of a producer that a musician. These first 8 years of my music was mostly based on midi cover tracks often downloaded from the Internet but heavily reproduced and re-imagined variously on my two Yamaha keyboards (Clavinova and PSR 975), but also using PC midi editing & DAW software.

Towards the end of that period, I added some of my more original electronic music which I produced over the past two decades under the name of Funkleberry in order to consolidate my Soundcloud accounts. 

But in 2024 I got into AI music generation and I am now  a freelance songwriter and AI music producer. It's been a fun journey!
