It’s also an apology letter to an old friend who suffered the consequences of mistakes that I’ve had to face up to, & admitting that I'm far from perfect while recognising that I’m becoming a better version of myself.

This song means a lot to me because it comes from an honest place and captures that uncomfortable but necessary feeling of self-improvement — being honest about who I am, facing my flaws and trying to become better.

Nightfall is one of my favourite moment of the day. Perfect to write new songs. This track tell the story of the ending day : sun still shines whenever the night comes. I used my eurorack synth and my guitar to produce melodies. The ambient side of the track with fields recording at the sunset makes it smooth in a sleep lofi style.

Once, I recorded birds in a twilight atmosphere. I crafted an immersive lo-fi chill and sleep beat with it. I used an old tape recorder and eurorack synth to build a warm atmosphere. I added my bass and guitar to get a groovy slow tempo. Late Echoes leads to a relaxing moment, perfect for unwinding before nightfall. Thanks for your listening <3
