This may be the first Interbay track with a fretless bass solo.  

Take some vaguely motivational words and some real life tom toms, sprinkle with some atmospheric synthwave pads, and an almost painfully slow tempo...you end up with this, "Glacial" by Interbay.  

I get a bit of Fluffy Little Clouds vibe here.  Maybe a less artsy or poetic Laurie Anderson or, deep cut here, maybe...something like "Adventures in Success" by Will Powers.  

None of that was intentional, of course.  I was just making an Interbay track with spoken lyrics and a fretless bass solo.  

(Posting this early, from Hotel Mead in Wisconsin Rapids...  I admit that I'm really tired, the constant driving and late nights are starting to get to me.  That's not why this song is so slow...but trying to write this as my eyelids are getting heavier and heavier is proving nearly impossible.  

But, here we are...)
