What would your life be like, if it included a soundtrack at all times for everything you do?  

Further, what would you life be like if that soundtrack was amateurishly produced by and old man with ADHD, making their music for no one.  No one but you.  

Nightmare fuel?   Yeah, probably...  

And yet, there are more than a few Interbay tracks, including some posted here on SoundCloud, that feel less like songs, in the traditional sense, and more like a mish mash of styles and tones meant to accompany a borrowed narrative--sometimes a scene from a movie, sometimes--this time, specifically--the Interbay music spices up what might have been a rather dry presentation on some unusual scientific theories and discoveries.  

Turn the clock back to the beginning of these every day (so far!) track postings here on SoundCloud and you'll see that I was compiling a list of interesting words that started with any of the big point earning letter tiles in Scrabble.  One of those letters, obviously, would be "Q"...and a word that caught my attention was scribbled on a list...and today, it gets introduced to the public as the title of today's Interbay track.  

"Quasiparticle" is fun to say, really opens up your jaw and makes your lips move around a bit.  A quasiparticle is a particle that no one can actually prove exists...except with the evidence of mathematical expectations, like being able to predict a newly discovered planet based on the deviations of eliptical orbits cause by the gravitation of a large enough celestial body...even before anyone has caught a glimpse of it through the strongest telescope.  But, thanks to mathematical expectation...one day, right where the equations suggested it would be...that previously undiscovered planet is found (and probably given a goofy name.  Scientists, am I right?)  

Seemed like a fine and somewhat bizarre thing to inspire an Interbay track.  Hopefully Felix Flicker doesn't mind my setting part of their online life to music.  Felix is a theoretical physicist (is that anything like me being a theoretical musician?) and Senior Lecturer at Bristol University, who posted a presentation on the "magic of physics."  Normally I would describe them as snippets, but being honest, this is more like a chunk of that presentation that has been incorporated into this track.  

It's not a club banger--though it may share some elements of one.  The drums are loud and are in various danceable styles...there's plenty of synths and gritty basses...but it almost seems like incidental music, rather than anything designed to move your feet.  

I think it makes a fun listen.  I hope you agree!  Give it a listen and find out!

I couldn't find a better genre than Electronic for Soundcloud, but if you have a better way to classify this song, I'm all ears. This song reminds a bit of the Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword when you're inside either the bazaar or when you're in the knight academy area. I mean, the title comes from the feel, since it has a very circus-y feel to it and it feels like something that'd be played in a soundtrack as like a creepy ambience for a certain place, specifically a Bazaar or some kind of Clown-based area...
