Christophe Luciani is a versatile musician skilled in cello, piano, and composition.

He studied the cello at the Conservatory of Boulogne-Billancourt in Paris, graduating with distinction. In 2013, he received the “Diplôme National Supérieur Professionnel de Musique” from the University of Paris. Since then, he has been pursuing his master’s degree at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz.

In May 2016, Christophe was awarded the SECOND PRIZE at the Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition Salzburg and subsequently worked as a cellist with the Vienna Radio Orchestra from 2016 to 2018, enriching his musical journey.

In March 2018, he obtained his master’s degree from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz, Austria.

In July 2023, Christophe was honored with the GRAND PRIZE for the composition of "Little French Valse n°4" at the USA MUSIC COMPOSITION AND VIDEO PRODUCTION International Competition held by IYMC, the jury commented, stating : "Marvelous. Superbly artistic, full of life and very inventive. Such a great piece, I almost wish we lived back in the 19th century. To us, one of the signs of great composers is not repeating anything that has been already said. Liszt could get together with Chopin and compose this, but not in 2023..."

Née à Versailles, en France, Elizabeth Balmas étudie au Conservatoire supérieur de musique de Paris, où elle obtient son premier prix à l'âge de 14 ans.

Au cours des deux années suivantes, elle remporte le prix Carl Flesch aux concours de Londres et un prix aux concours Paganini de Gênes.

Elle perfectionne ensuite ses études auprès des célèbres violonistes Leonid Kogan et Henryk Szeryng et du pédagogue Dominique Hoppenot.

En tant que soliste, elle a joué avec les orchestres suivants, entre autres : – BBC Londres – Vienne – Philharmonique de Radio-France – Orchestre de Cologne-Gürzenich – Bucarest – Budapest – Liublijana – Suisse-Romande-Genève – Halle – Düsseldorf – Toulouse – Thessalonique

Son répertoire de prédilection est celui des concertos pour violon et alto de la fin du romantisme et de la période moderne, de Mendelssohn, Tchaïkovski et Chausson à Hartmann, Dutilleux et Gubaïdulina.

Elle a créé à Genève le concerto pour violon « Noir et Blanc » de Dirk Brossé.

En tant que premier violon solo à Paris, Cologne, RSB-Berlin et Genève, elle a eu la chance d'étudier et de jouer le grand répertoire orchestral avec les meilleurs chefs tels que S. Celibidache, G. Solti, M. Janowski, MW Chung et bien d'autres.

Elle a été professeur au Conservatoire supérieur de musique de Lyon et a reçu le titre d'Officier des Arts et des Lettres en France.

Elle vit à Berlin et en Provence (Sud de la France).
