While he is an accomplished designer and artist, over the years he has always had a love for music and spends time searching for rare and obscure vinyl. Big Happy’s focus is the late 70s into the late 80s - modern soul, funk, boogie and disco.

"Superman" is a 1977 disco novelty song written by Puerto Rican producer/songwriter José "Pepe" Luis Soto for American singer Celi Bee (Celida Ines Camacho) and her group, The Buzzy Bunch.  Celi Bee and the Buzzy Bunch originally recorded the song for their 1977 album, which also included the Disco hit One Love.The catchy and suggestive lyrics include the repeating line, "Superman, you make me feel I'm the queen of the world". I revamped it for listening pleasure only. Enjoy !

I revamped this lost gem  by one of the greatest vocalists we had during the classic Disco times and beyond. Walk Away is a song by American singer Donna Summer from her seventh studio album Bad Girls (1979). It was released as the sixth and final single from the album on September 1, 1980. The album had been released on Casablanca Records, with whom Summer had some of her biggest hits during the disco era. However, after a heated and much-publicized dispute, Donna left the label and in 1980 filed a lawsuit against them which was later settled. Enjoy!
