Her candidacy, which came in defiance of a boycott called by the Palestinian leadership, nonetheless posed a challenge to the system of apartheid Israel has imposed in the Holy City. The UAE pavilions at the upcoming 2025 World Expo in Osaka, Japan, will be a self-built pavilion inspired by date palm trees and one of the largest, participating pavilions.

The pavilion is inspired by the ancestors of the country's values of conservation and coexistence with the environment, build with traditional Emirati materials and combined with Japanese expertise in wooden building techniques

Coexistence by soup.exe is a dark ambient inspired 10 tracks long set. It's our first set together as two artists coming together and coexist. Working differently on sound we created tracks that are improvised experimentally like "Dungeon Core Hip Hop" and "120924" besides buildung up tracks step by step. There are dreamy Interludes like "Coexisting" or "Weaving Mill" in between various tracks that melt into liminal soundscapes.

Doug Peacock, [https://dougpeacock.net/] born in 1942, is a U.S. author, filmmaker, naturalist, and Vietnam War veteran. He is best known for his work dedicated to grizzly bear recovery in the lower-48, his book Grizzly Years: In Search of the American Wilderness and serving as the model for the well-known character George Washington Hayduke in Edward Abbey's novel The Monkey Wrench Gang. 
His other books include ¡Baja!, Walking It Off: A Veteran’s Chronicle of War and Wilderness, and The Essential Grizzly: The Mingled Fates of Men and Bears (co-authored with Andrea Peacock). His latest book, Was It Worth It: A Wilderness Warrior’s Long Trail Home, won the 2023 National Outdoor Book Award, and a 2022 award for literature from the American Academy of Arts & Letters.
Doug is the co-founder of several conservation organizations including Round River Conservation Studies and Save The Yellowstone Grizzly.

Grizzly Bears: Guardians of the Wild and Their Battle for Survival

In Episode 272 of the CounterVortex podcast, Bill Weinberg discusses the Israel-hosted "International Conference on Combatting anti-Semitism" that featured speakers from the European and American neo-fascist (and even anti-Semitic!) far right. The established phenomenon of paradoxical fascist pseudo-anti-fascism has now been joined by anti-Semitic pseudo-anti-anti-Semitism. While Trump's 2019 executive order on anti-Semitism sought to conflate anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism, the new posture would actually substitute the prior for the latter entirely as the ideology to be opposed, in all but name. Anti-Semitism is now acceptable as long as it is pro-Israel, fulfilling Zionist founder Theodore Herzl's 1895 prediction: "The anti-Semites will become our most dependable friends, the anti-Semitic countries our allies."
