PULSAR is the psytrance project of Manuel Benavente from Santiago de Chile. He started his producer career in 2011, and the same year, started a collaboration Project with Mauricio Farias a.k.a THAIHANU. Focused more in morning and progressive sounds "Pulsar & Thaihanu" has some releases on many renowned labels around the world and playing already on big parties & festivals in: México, Canadá, Croatia, Perú, Sweden, Poland, Switzerland, France, Argentina, Serbia, Germany, Greece, United States, Spain, Austria and more…
In 2017 he joined the O.V.N.I Records label Psytrance divison (OVNI BREAKFAST), where he release his last album called ì8th Lifeî in 2018 and in parallel he also created his own label "Reson8 Music" with Elegy & Thaihanu.

Today, He is working in a upcoming collaboration album : Pulsar & Friends to be out soon in 2021 on Ovni Breakfast Records !

As a  DJ Manjit was involved in the London club scene for two decades, starting when the underground  scene was at it’s peak. 

In 2012 he set up psytrance audio/visual act Beat Pushers and released his first EP, Piccadilly Circus.

Today Manjit is producing his own tracks and releasing them through various record labels such as BABA, Pan Music Records, Global Techno Alliance, Eternity Sounds, RevKon Records and of course through Audiobrain Productions.

Unfortunately now Manjit’s RA reached a level which meant he could no longer DJ. Unable to continue with his passion for playing music to a live audience Manjit now directs his energy into creating music in his studio. So now, through Audiobrain, Manjit releases his free downloads and EP’s and also through various other labels while he continues to battle with his pain. Despite the issues caused by his health he has  a passionate motivation for the genre of electronic music and is continuously extending his knowledge and skills in this area. He is interested in supporting others with their projects as long as they are able to keep an open mind regarding how his health can affect him day to day.

Ziar Lirus es el seudónimo artístico de Iván Knoska, compositor, productor y artista multidisciplinario de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Activo desde 2012, es reconocido por su estilo distintivo dentro de la música electrónica, fusionando EDM, House, Electro, Trance, Progressive y K-pop con una estética cyberpunk futurista.

Trayectoria
Ziar Lirus inició su carrera en 2012, explorando sonidos sintéticos y estructuras melódicas propias del EDM y progressive house. Su propuesta fue evolucionando hacia una identidad más conceptual, sumando influencias del cine futurista, la animación y el universo cyberpunk, tanto en lo musical como en lo visual.

Ziar no solo se define por su música, sino también por construir un universo conceptual. Su personaje es un ser alienígena de un planeta cercano a Betelgeuse, que llega a la Tierra atraído por frecuencias similares a las de su mundo. Se presenta ante la humanidad desde la Luna, usando su música como puente.

Este concepto lo distingue en la escena independiente, uniendo géneros musicales con una identidad oscura, futurista y narrativa. Sus canciones exploran la resistencia, tecnología y emociones intensas, con una estética poderosa y energética.

Influencias
Entre sus influencias se destacan Daft Punk, Justice, K/DA, Gesaffelstein, Nine Inch Nails, y bandas sonoras de obras como Blade Runner, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Love, Death & Robots y Neon Genesis Evangelion. Su propuesta sonora y visual da como resultado un estilo único y reconocible.

Biografía:

Nacido el 16 de Diciembre de 1972 en Nimes (Francia), de padres españoles , su primer encuentro serio con la música fue a sus 17 años ,dos años después de establecerse en Valencia (España). Empezó como camarero en la discoteca de su pueblo (Apto) y a los 4 meses ya estaba en cabina pinchado sus primeros vinilos para terminar siendo residente de la misma .Tras unos años , tuvo que dejar este “hobby” por razones personales , pero la música ya sería algo muy importante y presente en su vida. No fue hasta el 2003 cuando volvió a pisar una cabina con los cambios de vinilo a reproductores de cd’s. Durante 5 años, tuvo una residencia fija en Nivell 4 (Carcer- Vlc), hasta incluso llevo su propio local: el Nou Art Café (Beneixida Vlc).

En el año 2008,paso a formar parte del colectivo Medrix Party apadrinado por los djs & productores Nacho Penades y Coqui Selection(entonces residentes de la discoteca Apache Xátiva).                                                    Su primer contacto serio en sala no fue hasta el 2010 donde se estrenó como dj en Apache Xátiva convirtiéndose en dj habitual de la sala formando parte de fiestas tan conocidas como “No se Oye”,”Supermartxé”, “Matinée”,”Warriors”, etc...Y haber compartido cabina con djs reconocidos como Coqui Selection, Nacho Penades, T.Tommy, Oscar Olsen, Javi Muñoz, Jose Diaz, etc...hasta el 2012 con el cierre de la sala.

A partir de entonces siguió su carrera en solitario pinchando por varias        salas tales como Spook (Vlc), Puzzle (Vlc), Revival (los Montesinos),      Albades (Alcoy), Lyo (Liria), Doom (Xátiva), etc....En terrazas como Summer Mixture (Vlc), Space (Benidorm), Ushuaia & Gabanna (Cullera), Lost (Vlc), Watergate (Oh Dios Mío Vlc), Wonderwall Music Resort (Gandia), etc.... Afters como Lou (Vlc) y Freedom (Vlc), en locales como Ruta 66 (Carcer), Tiki (Vlc), Circus (Carcaixent) , Ekus (Rafelguaraf), La Taska de Bruno (Masalaves), etc... Y en fiestas y festivales como La Medrix Party, La Master Sound, Darside & Friends y La Vip, teniendo como compañeros a djs y productores como Carlos Agraz, Lorena Llanes, Ovidi Adlert, Josh DaFunk, Alan Leal, Juanma Kolonngha, Miss Rose, Alfredo Pareja, Kike Vega, Edu Alcapone, Jorge Cardona, Edu Reig, Sugarmaster, Ito-G, Paco Desakato, Luis Bonias, Hector Comes, etc..

Tras la pandemia (2020/2021), puso en marcha un nuevo proyecto llamado “TOO MUCH”, una fiesta centrada en el ritmo tech house y las vocales de los mejores exitos “Remember”, remezclas de canciones de los "80, "90 y 2000 tanto de su propia cosecha como de productores del talento de Sugarmaster, Ito G, T.tommy, Ovidi Adlert o Danny Leblack entre otros. Durante algo más de un año, la música de “TOO MUCH” sonó en locales como Underground (la Eliana), La Espabila (Catarroja), Rampel (Ruzafa Vic.) compaginando con sesiones techno en salas como por ejemplo Fetish (Vlc.).
A medianos del 2022, decidió tomarse un respiro y dedicarse solo a fiestas privadas con “TOO MUCH” y pinchar solo de forma excepcional en algunos locales o/y eventos.
