Cette belle valse nous emmène vers le nord de l'Europe . Un grand merci à Sara Buffler qui signe l'arrangement pour la harpe et qui interprête si joliment les répertoires Scandinaves .
Il existe de nombreuses versions d'Emma's waltz (parfois orthographiée ainsi ) par exemple celle de Damien Mullane , qui la joue à deux vitesses .

NB : je joue mon si bémol poussé mais on peut aussi le jouer tiré , sur le rang extérieur .

#26 Sapphire Waltz

Mazurka by Cliff Stapleton - arranged for baritone English concertina. I recorded it on my tenor-treble (though only dipping out of the normal treble range for one note, which could easily be played up an octave), shifting it using a micro-POG pedal.

And this is the final tune in this set. Not really a waltz (more of a brisk march really) and in a mode (lochrian) that isn't really there. Perhaps.

This sound was recorded during the group walk through downtown Coimbra. The day was hot, the streets were very busy and full of tourists, and there was a man playing the accordion.

Le pilé menu est l'une des danses emblématiques de Redon et du Vannetais Gallo. Il est souvent
chanté dans la ronde mais peut aussi être "sonné" avec divers instruments. Louis Rouxel, de Sérent, était un joueur réputé d'accordéon diatonique.
Octobre est un temps fort du Pays de Redon : c'est le mois du marron, de la Foire Teillouse et de La Bogue d'Or , célèbre concours de chant traditionnel, qui fête ses 50 ans .
Un grand merci au Groupement Culturel Breton des Pays de Vilaine , à Alain Pennec, à tous les
collecteurs de chants, de musiques, de traditions et à tous ceux grâce à qui ces richesses nous ont été transmises.
On remarquera le côté facétieux du premier morceau , en particulier sa pirouette finale !

Une joyeuse barndance en 4 parties , apprise en écoutant le magnifique cd "Shine" de Caroline Keane .
Caroline fait de belles variations tout au long du morceau ( je ne les ai pas retranscrises ici ) et elle enchaine subtilement avec le reel "The Shaskeen" .
Comme toujours , plusieurs doigtés sont possibles , en particulier pour le jeu des triolets.
