I recently saw some shared/liked content by certain individuals in the UX community on my feed. While I try to abstain from direct politics on my page, I remove people whose values clearly don't align with mine. I just happened to see what the algorithm decided to show me and I took action, but only after seeing that they were in the UX space and had dozens of shared/mutual connections with me. I advise people comb through their own lists of contacts and remove anyone who is blatantly suspect with this stuff because you never know. And personally, I don't want to be connected with anyone who shared obscene content or misinformation. I didn't judge any of those mutual connections because it's kind of easy to suspect how we all connected with this person, which is why people need to get more active in finding and removing these people.

Artist Biography – Dhelick
Dhelick is a passionate DJ and music producer whose talent and dedication have made him a rising name in the electronic music scene. His journey began with a DJ course offered by 97 FM, taught by the renowned DJ Banz and Tom Hoppinks. It was during this time that his interest in music transformed into a deep passion.

Inspired by the energy of beats and the art of mixing, Dhelick quickly realized he wanted to go beyond the dance floors. Driven by the desire to create his own sonic identity, he immersed himself in the world of music production. He learned to produce his own tracks and remixes, experimenting with sounds and developing a unique and captivating style.

Since then, Dhelick has been dedicated to perfecting his craft and exploring new possibilities within electronic music. His work reflects not only his creativity but also his relentless pursuit of innovation and high-quality sound. Whether on stage or in the studio, Dhelick continues to carve out his path with authenticity and passion, gaining more recognition and admirers in the electronic music scene.

Montreal-based DJ Karam Shahed, originally from Syria. A true stereohead and an active member of Montreal's underground music scene. Music became his anchor and a powerful tool for expression and connection after moving to Canada. Karam crafts progressive journeys through his sets that transport listeners to a unique dimension, mirroring his own artistic evolution.


His influences, like Hernan Cattaneo, John Digweed, and Nick Warren are evident in his love for progressive sounds. Driven by a desire to share his passion, he launched "Connections", a music discovery podcast.  Through it, Karam delves deeper into the electronic music world, showcasing his curation skills and fostering a listener community.
