Join Bettina Rothe for an experiential journey into embodiment and conscious movement - a session designed to deepen your connection to the body as a powerful ally in healing and transformation. Through the lens of movement as medicine, you'll discover how somatic awareness can unlock new layers of healing, resilience, and presence — before, during, and after psychedelic journeys. Specific focus will be given to resourcing through the elements of earth, fire, water and air and how they can create an alchemical experience intertwined with movement and breath. 

This session is an invitation to move, feel, and connect - both with yourself and a supportive community. You’ll be gently guided through accessible embodiment practices that can be woven into your personal healing path, whether you're new to this work or more experienced. Through shared movement and personal reflection, we’ll co-create a space for curiosity, authenticity, and connection. Come as you are - this is a space for exploration, not perfection.

Sek Sheng, also known by his artist name ‘Dr Foo’, is a sound meditation facilitator, musician and DJ who holds space and prescribes music for healing and integration of deeper aspects of the self. He has immersed in and been trained in sound healing, yoga, meditation and music production in an ever evolving journey in the past 10 years.

Dr Foo believes that sound is a universal language that can re-awaken our innate power and connection with all, and serve as a fun yet sacred medium for healing and understanding. His journeys emphasise the importance of owning our darkness before true healing and expansion can occur.  

His sound healing journeys interweave live therapeutic instruments (singing bowls, harp, melodic drums etc) with electronic music (hypnotic synths, binaural beats), nature sounds, ethnic music and mantras across cultures. It is a reflection of his journey starting as an underground club DJ in Melbourne to immersing in yogic journeys in India & Bali, and then realising the power of sound for therapy.  

In recent years he has curated soundscapes for yoga and meditation events, full & new moon sound healing journeys as well as ecstatic/conscious dance events.

My love of music was ignited one winters night in the early 90s at Londons legendary whirlygig, then in Shoreditch. I attended religiously every week from that moment along with other seminal nights such as Talvin Singhs ‘Anokha’ , ‘Joi’ , the Dub club in Tufnel park and  Megatripolis at Heaven … what an education! I was soon chasing down obscure music on my own travels around the world, swapping cigarettes for cassette tapes in Moroccan taxis and Indian markets . Along the way building  installations & running sound systems and outrageous stages  for the biggest festivals in the country, music has always been a constant.

After sharing movement, breathwork and meditation for the past 20 years,  the blending of these and music came a bit by surprise when I was diagnosed with progressive sight loss in 2024. Unable to continue with metal sculpture I returned to my roots of playing and making music and naturally fell into creating epic sound journeys , both djing and playing live.

It recently culminated in eight hours of electronic ecstatic dance and live electronic soundbaths at the 2025 Glastonbury festival.

DIVA-B is a sonic priestess channeling deep, soulful, and high-energy House & Techno beats. She blends hypnotic rhythms, sultry vocals, and infectious grooves as gateways into ecstasy.
