شما را به یک مدتیشن حرکتی، که هدف آن ابراز خود از طریق بدن و برقرار کردن ارتباط عمیق تری با حس های درونی و ریتم درونی خود است، دعوت می‌کنم. این نوع رقص معاصر ، خارج از هر فرم و شکلی از شما دعوت می کند با استفاده از بدن، خود را ابراز کنید. هیچ “بلد بودن” یا “خوب انجام دادن” لازم نیست. رقص زبان جهانی و بی واسطه است، تلاقی حس و اندیشه، پیوند درون و بیرون، رقص ابزاری برای بدن آگاهی می باشد. رقص ما را به جایی می برد که کلمات قادر به آن نیستند.این تمرین بدون کلام است و در رقص های گروهی از رقصنده ها دعوت می‌شود که به جستجوی سطح عمیق تری از ارتباط با خود و دیگری باشند و از حرف زدن در مدت رقص پرهیز کنند، ارتباطات از طریق بدن برقرار می شود، مثل پانتومیم حرکتی!
موسیقی شبیه به یک موج طراحی می شود با شروعی آهسته، نقطه اوج با انرژی بالا و پایانی آهسته تا سیستم عصبی ما به حالت ایمن بازگردد. در حقیقت ابتدا بدن را آرام می کنیم، سپس در نقطه اوج به آن تنشی وارد می‌کنیم و دوباره بدن را آرام می‌کنیم و با اینکار تاب آوری عصبی خود را افزایش می دهیم. 
تنفس در حرکت از پیام های اصلی این نوع رقص می باشد، پس در حین رقص نفس های آگاهانه می کشیم و با خود و بدنمان در ارتباط هستیم. 
این پلی لیست را برای شرکت در برنامه گروه “می شود” در ونکوور کانادا طراحی کردم که مخصوص هموطنان ایرانی بود. ایونت شامل مدتیشن، تنفس آگاهانه و رقص آگاهانه بود و خودم برای اولین بار به طور کامل رقصنده ها را از طریق صحبت کردن در میکروفن بر روی‌ موسیقی هدایت کردم، خوشحالم که با زبان فارسی، برای اولین بار به ترس از میکروفن غلبه کردم! ممنونم از خانم های عزیز “می شود“ بابت دعوت به همکاری، به امید همکاری های بیشتر

My first new mix in a while is a fun-filled ride through some of my Ecstatic Dance favourites of the last few years.  As always, it’s a journey of surprises through different countries, cultures and rhythms, designed to bring out new physical and energetic expressions on the dancefloor, beyond your normal repertoire of moves.

Ecstatic Dance DJ exploring journey-themed global soundscapes

I am fabio, aka ronin, an ecstatic dance dj and facilitator, a transpersonal counselor and educator. As a dj, I played hip hop and black music in clubs and gigs for many years, taking part to national and international scratch and dj contests, also playing with several hip hop artists on stage. When I met the transformative and healing power of sound, of music, of vibration and of conscious dance and movement, I deepened this contact by studying and practicing transpersonal psychology, shamanism, native and indigenous cultures, expecially the Afro-brazilian tradition. Now I play to blend this vision into music, proposing and organizing ecstatic dance in Italy.
