Curated in a flow state, Sonaria (aka the Flow Priestess) weaves Afro, Organic, and World House into a seamless journey across cultures, dimensions, and worlds. Each set is infused with healing frequencies, guiding dancers into states of self-discovery, transformation, and emergence. Allow yourself to get lost in the magic of this sonic ceremony so you can return home to your inner temple.

Sonic Ceremony Vol. 1

September’s Ride the Rhythm, a musical journey through intensity, softness, and everything in between. Such a joy to guide conscious dancers to this peak of energy and witness the deep release, grounding, and wild expressions in the room.

This dance took place on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Coast Salish peoples– xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

To take one of his talks and draw inspiration from it to not only create a track but also include his voice has been a privilege and I greatly thank the Krishnamurti Foundation for giving permission to use samples included.

Friday Dance Dose | The 360 Emergence Journey | October 10 2025

My love of music was ignited one winters night in the early 90s at Londons iconic 'Whirlygig', then in Shoreditch. I attended religiously every week from that moment along with other seminal nights such as Talvin Singhs ‘Anokha’ , ‘Joi’ , the Dub club in Tufnel park and  Megatripolis at Heaven … what an education! I was soon chasing down obscure music on my own travels around the world, swapping cigarettes for cassette tapes in Moroccan taxis and Indian markets . Along the way building  installations & running sound systems and outrageous stages for the biggest festivals in the country, music has always been a constant.

After sharing movement, breathwork and meditation for the past 20 years,  the blending of these and music came a bit by surprise when I was diagnosed with progressive sight loss in 2024. Unable to continue with metal sculpture I returned to my roots of playing and making music and naturally fell into creating epic sound journeys , both djing and playing live.

It recently culminated in eight hours of electronic ecstatic dance and live electronic soundbaths at the 2025 Glastonbury festival.

Tess Howell regularly leads "Wild Moves" outdoors dance events where participants can be deeply nurtured by nature. Tess also runs a dance based rites of passage programme for contemporary city dwellers which explores how creativity, community and connection can make our lives more meaningful. 
She relishes and cherishes space, sky, sea and stillness.
She finds refuge in dance, the dharma, bunnies, badass basslines and beautiful cowboy boots.

Yvette (they/them) is a somatic psychotherapist and The 360 Emergence facilitator who believes music & dance are magickal pathways to liberated expression & remembering our place within the collective & eco-bodies.

Influenced by the collective trance of bal folk and Ecstatic Dance, as well as the fluidity of Contemporary Dance, he weaves a wide variety of soundscapes. 

His music invites you on a journey into the heart of world traditions, reimagined with a modern and captivating touch. 

He also has a deep appreciation for soulful and profound melodies from the Western world, which he seamlessly blends into his sound, adding even more depth to his musical explorations.

Coming back to music after a long hiatus of many years. Now with Suno I can dive into many new directions.

Computer kid of the 80s. Not french. Nickname given by my then girlfriend when I looked a lot like an actual french dj in the early 2000s(?)... 🤷

Grew up with all the classic synthesizer greats, JMJ, Vangelis, etc, TD, ... Big fan of Peter Schilling (of Major Tom fame) back in the day. His B-sides and non-singles are still so fricking good imho. A lot of Genesis and Marillion and a lot of Pop, only to be swept away by the late 80s and 90s House and Techno wave in Germany. Hardcode raver for many years.

Ofc then transitioning into Spanish music and American country and a lot of Dave Matthews Band. Because why not. But never really lost my electronic heart.

Came to Linkin Park somewhat late, and I enjoy(ed) Disturbed a lot.

But in recent years it's been mostly chill melodic house for me. Thank you very much.
