Que enorme placer es poder darle inicio a esta temporada con el fascinante mixtape que nos compartieron las personas de Orquesta Drone Tropical: una inmersión profunda y viscosa entre drone, noise y atisbos punk.

El fin del mundo de ODT augura un flujo errático y paciente de atmósferas, es una quimera de horror cósmico, por veces etéreo, por veces abisal. Se distinguen gaitas que tinturan el aire sobre corrientes y afluentes de guitarras electrizantes y bombos profundos. Es como transitar un jazz que se desintegra en disonancias espesas sin sacrificar coherencia, con picos de intensidad febril que consiguen evocar una sensación asfixiante pero llena de vida, cercana a la esencia del punk.

Como complemento al mixtape, ODT nos compartieron una narrativa densa y sobrecogedora de un futuro aterrador que tiene como escenario El Jardín del Duque:

//"Aquí, en un escenario espectral donde los ecos de luchas pasadas resuenan a través de los eones y en medio de las sombras de la historia, nuestros camaradas yacen petrificados en el malvado jardín del Duque: un macabroteatro de poder y malevolencia, adornado por la contaminación de las espinas de la tiranía y la mala hierba de la opresión.
