On the wheel of the drum, the upper realm rhythm is played at the upper part of the drum. This simiple rhythm connects with the crown chakra and is particularly good for connecting with higher states of consciousness.

Different vowels resonate with different chakras. The frequency, or wave patterns, emitted when different vowels are sounded match the frequency or wave pattern of certain energy centers of the body.

For the Crown Chakra, the vowel sound that matches its wave pattern frequency is EEE - almost like the "ee" in the word "feet." 

Different pitches resonate with specific chakras as well. In this recording, I establish the root with a monochord tuned to C (which aligns with the root chakra), and then I tone above it to bring each chakra into alignment with the foundation. In this case, I tone the pitch of B which is a major 7th above the monochord's C. 

The frequency of the B pitch resonates with the frequency of the crown chakra center, and the interval of the 7th creates great tension that inspires change in form physically and spiritually.
