Tamer's Grand Spring-to-Summer Affair III 'Glory Box' (Jul. '25) - Suite 3 of 4, 'Watch Out' (House)

Meet Darren Voisey, a fine art photographer currently completing his BA (Hons) in Photography at the University of Salford. His work captures emotional nuance, conceptual depth, and technical elegance. Whether in the darkroom or behind a lens, Darren's passion is clear: crafting meaningful, resonant visual stories.

He’s already made his mark by curating shows at Twenty Twenty Two and The 5.17 Micro Gallery, being shortlisted for the Dark Peak Photography Festival 2025, and earning a nomination for the Photo London X Hahnemühle Student Award 2025. On top of that, he volunteers with Open Eye Gallery, sharpening his curatorial chops.

His skills? Lighting, analogue processing, colour theory, composition, framing, archiving—you name it. Software-wise, Darren is fully fluent in Capture One, Photoshop, Lightroom, Vuescan, Negative Lab Pro, and digital asset management.

He’s now aiming to move into curatorial or collections roles—blending his creative insight with an institutional mindset. As a junior curator or collections assistant, Darren is eager to contribute to how art is presented, contextualised and preserved for public appreciation.

Darren Voisey - Fine Art photographer and curator

Anne Plaisance might not drop beats, but she does drop truth bombs—on canvas. A French-born visual artist currently living near Boston, Anne’s creative world is loud, expressive, and anything but safe. Her work blends the gritty realism of lived experience with bold colours and experimental formats, often accompanied by soundscapes and spoken-word elements. Think: immersive installations that hit your ears and your emotions at once.

She’s the mind behind Wonder Women Now, a globe-trotting, multi-sensory art experience spotlighting women who’ve survived domestic abuse and come through stronger. It’s a raw, honest, and deeply human project that uses sound, sculpture and storytelling to shine a light on resilience.

Anne also created Badrooms, a chilling yet beautifully rendered commentary on childhood abuse. She believes in using art as a tool for healing and social change—because sometimes you’ve got to make noise to make peace.

Her work has been exhibited over 100 times internationally and covered by media outlets like The Boston Globe, Harper’s Bazaar, and Elle Decoration. She’s a mother, AI nerd, part-time realtor (yes, really), and a passionate advocate for mental health and women’s empowerment.

The concept started as a challenge that i gave to myself in 2024. I needed consistency and accountability, two things that i have been struggling with my whole life.
