spicy bwoy neurofunk mix

A cyclical narrative mix based on the BBC film Threads (1984) and the video game and TV series "Fallout" by Interplay Productions (1997). This mix is designed to be a warning. The mix follows the story of a nuclear bomb simulation, followed by the devastating fallout and nuclear winter caused by the war. The mix then builds up to real 2025 interviews from recent events, leading to fake BBC broadcasts to go back to the beginning. History repeating itself.

The last composition in this mix was made by Ryuichi Sakamoto, who was an anti-war activist. It is related to the horrors and devastation caused by Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Story: I got my influences from the classic hardcore hiphop days (1992-2001) & hardcore rave music.
Tech Itch is just one part of me i just can't go on without.
I like all sorts of the dark d&b vibes from Renegade hardware to Prspct, but my 1 & true love will allways be the Future Sickness Recordings (you got to check them out! It's a Belgian label!)

The style i prefer to spin? well that depends on the mood 'm in i guess?
I like to discover a wide range combo's & styles. From pure filthy darkstep & crossbreed to classic neuro. (Again it is the VIBE that counts)

Born and grown in Jena, Kit Curse lives in Munich *since 2005. He is a young, talented producer, DJ and runs his own event-series (*2012) & label (*2021) called https://soundcloud.com/breakitdowndnb. Kit Curse was one of the youngest producers in the german Drum & Bass scene when he started out and is part of the rising generation of music makers who work to change the face of this musical style. The constant desire to create music has always been in his blood because his parents are teachers in music and arts.
