It's been a while, again

X-RUN is our (@jaszaloth + me)  H.I.T.T. series which will bring your physical fitness to another level. H.I.T.T. stands for High Intensity Techno Training and follows a strict formula. The goal is to match the cadency of your running / fitness / gym session making you able to set one step on one beat during the whole set. As a side effect you can expect a matching heart frequency and a strong rising performance plus. Set the pace and get in shape for the next rave. It has never been easier than with this series.

After racing in the UCI women's world tour for Liv Racing TeqFind in Europe for three years, she has retired from racing and is moving on to new adventures. Ayesha is extremely passionate about creating representation in cycling that will encourage and inspire other African-American women and youth to follow their dreams whatever they may be.
