after the famous X-ray binary star "Cygnus X-1". It began as a collaboration
between "Matthias Hoffmann" and "Ralf Hildenbeutel"...

Eye Q was a record label founded in 1990 by Sven Väth and Heinz Roth.
It was based in Offenbach, Germany (till 1997), specialized in trance music
and greatly influenced the "Sound of Frankfurt".

Hey everyone welcome to my Soundcloud page the name's Greenwell but you can call me Stu, I'm a huge lover of Electronic music, mainly Trance/Progressive/Melodic Techno/Tech House and Organic, but also a wide range of other genres, I'm here to enjoy, share and create some content for you all. Julian Del Agranda brings you the timeless sound of anthemic trance, inspired by the late '90s and early 2000s. His first single "El Sueño" featured on Activa's Movement: One compilation (Black Hole Recordings). Early 2024, "El Sueño / Mirage (Remix)" was released as EP on Borderline Music.

Another highlight was a feature on In Search Of Sunrise 20, one of the genre's most iconic compilation series. Julian’s collaboration with Aerium, titled "Flawless," demonstrated his ability to explore other types of sounds outside of his classic focussed solo work.

In late 2024, he released "Time Warp" as part of the 'Universe EP' on Borderline Music. The track gained significant recognition, being played by Activa at the VII London 2024 event. Additionally, it was voted as the 2nd best trance track of the year by the Trancefix community.

His productions have earned support from some of the most respected names in the trance scene, including Aly & Fila, Solarstone, Lange, Jorn van Deynhoven, Stoneface & Terminal, Activa, Dave Pearce, Christopher Lawrence, SØNIN, a.o.

I play/love many styles of music including: Hard Dance, Hard Trance, Techno, Jungle, Drum and Bass and my first love Hardcore Rave (and all its sub genres) For bookings PM me

I started going to clubs in the early 90s, right around the time when electronic music hit the clubs. The countless events of the early 90s and the completely new music style and the atmosphere of smoky caves were something completely new. At that time, vinyls and CDs were listened and bought to in record stores. The most famous of which in Finland was Street Beat run by DJ Joke (RIP). Jokke was also an amazing DJ and is considered the father of Finnish techno culture.

Certain radio programs were another way to discover new artists and music. Perhaps the most influential of these for me was Beatbox run by Aki Matilainen of Radio CITY. DJ Orkidea's first radio mix was also recorded here (which I still have on Beatbox's C-cassette number 18). At that time, almost all the money was wasted on record stores and luckily I have saved those records to this day. Elektronic music is still a big part of my life every day and I thought it would be great to bring out those old songs. Especially the ones that you don't usually hear on every mix. Inspired by this, I started making my own mixes and bringing out the songs that many younger people may never have heard before.

I personally like more melodic trance and my biggest favorites over the years have been:

From the labels Eye Q, Harthouse, Limbo, Perfecto, Platipus, Rising High and Superstition.

From the artists BT, Grace, Oliver Lieb, Jan Johnston, Matt Darey, Paul Oakenfold, The Space Brothers, Way Out West and definitely of course Scooter!

Most memorable events that I have experienced in club scene is in the early 90s, DJ Kid Paul live at Botta in Helsinki. Grace perfoming live (in 95 or 96) on the Big Bang (not 100% sure about this name) cruise from Helsinki to Stockholm. Last year was the first Luminosity Beach, where I finally saw The Space Brothers and Matt Darey live, amazing!

Vic Light is a Trance DJ with over 25 years of experience.

During this time, Vic has firmly established himself on the underground scene, having held residencies for Slinky and Remedy and having played for every major club night in the UK, including Godskitchen, Passion, GoodGreef,  Trance Sanctuary, Trancecoda, Xstatic and The Gallery, as well as holding several residencies in Ibiza and being privileged enough to play the main room opening set of the Cream Ibiza closing party @ Amnesia.

During this time, Vic has played directly before or after some of the biggest names in Trance, such as Paul van Dyk, John O'Callaghan, Simon Patterson, Bryan Kearney, John Askew, ReOrder, Menno De Jong, Sean Tyas, Dan Stone, Manuel Le Saux, Jordan Suckley, Ben Nicky, Solis & Truby, Genix, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Matt Hardwick, Judge Jules, Lisa Lashes, Mat Zo and many more, as well as supporting the likes of Armin van Buuren, Aly & Fila, Ferry Corsten, Eddie Halliwell and Sander van Doorn, amongst others.

Vic is an exceptionally diverse and passionate DJ. His skill of being able to cohesively progress a set through multiple genres, puts him amongst some of the best in the world. Having a love for not just the deeper Progressive Trance, but also the more uplifting 140bpm sound and everything in-between, allows him to control any dance floor at any time of the day or night, whether it be a small intimate gig or an enormous outdoor festival.

I was able to handle a turntable at the age of 3 ... Predestination?! :)

Except of many other music styles I am listening to, like Trip Hop, Lounge, Easy Listening, Soul etc. ... Electronic Music was always one of my favourites. 80s Synthie Pop, Chicago House Sound, Acid, Rave, House, Techno, Trance.

Since 1999/2000 I started mixing at friends decks, till I got my own Technics 1210 MK2 turntables in 2002 and they still work :)

I don't make my mixes for any commercially reasons. I don't earn money with them only spent a lot of money for Vinyl, CDs and files over the years. I am not into social networks, don't even have an account at any of the usual networks, except Soundcloud. 

I don't need fake followers, fake plays, fake comments, fake reposting. Everyone I catch, gets blocked and reported. 10 real plays, followers, comments are much better than 1000 bots/fakes ...
