Number 7 of Deep Data Loops beloved Soulful House series has arrived with 10 new fresh construction kits.

The sound aesthetic is a mixture of House music and Soul music influences with the instrumentation also being partly electronic and acoustic. We’re talking walking bass guitar lines, smooth electric pianos and mallets but also synth lines as melodies. The beats also a mix with drum machines sounds but also acoustic percussion and synthesized cymbals.

As always the kits feature Wav loops with the corresponding MIDI files, meaning each track’s MIDI data is available (drums and harmonies). So all sounds could be replaced if so desired. However, any use of this pack is legit, maybe you just want to extend the songs, edit parts or get inspired by single elements. Born to rock – Denis Aleric found his passion for music at the young age of 6.  In the traditional yet modern city, Split, Croatia, was where he was born.  At the age of 16, Denis began playing the guitar for rock and heavy metal bands such as Pandora, Destruction and Essence. After joining the Hare Krishna movement in 1994, Denis expanded his musical talents by playing the harmonium and Indian drum.  After 1999, he left Croatia to travel as a monk to countries such as Switzerland, Germany, India, Italy, Austria, Poland and Romania.  During this time, Denis may have given up many things but music was definitely not one of them.  In fact, his music just became more diverse and original.  Spending 14 years of his life in London, Denis created instrumental songs such as Day Of Joy, Memories, Get Out, amongst many others.  He also created some sound tracks for the Bhaktivedanta Player’s Ramayana and then later recorded the hip hop album When A Soul Acknowledges.  Now Denis lives with his family in Leicester, England where he has just created his new instrumental, Perfect Forever. All of his songs are composed, produced, mixed and mastered by himself and his motivation and passion for creating new songs shows real dedication and love for music.

     My name is Omar Octavio Gaytán-Procel, born in México City and currently living in Copenhagen, Denmark. Music and Composition especially have played a very significant role in my life for the past 40 years or so.

    With my production I try to portray the human drama of our times, all of that fragmented reality that appears in front of us every day and that we, the composers, painters, writers use to express our vision of ourselves and the creation around us. My production consist in more than 1000 pieces to the date ( February 2024 ) and is divided in multiple textures and formats. It started years ago with acoustic music and with time and new technology it developed into electro-acoustic music and later into pure electronic.

    Here on my SoundCloud you will find some examples of the different musical ideas that I have been involved with from the mid-nineties to this date. This ideas range from Solo pieces, Chamber Music, Orchestral Music to pure Electronics.
