Marianne Faithful does disco was the brief for this Wor_kspace version of the new Gates Of Light single out on Last Night From Glasgow on the 17th of May. Double A-siding with Kid Loco's 60’s inspired gypsy baroque version of Louise Quinn's song; the collective demonstrate how much production can affect the interpretation of a song. The song started life as a vocal and acoustic guitar track recorded on a mic made out of submarines.

The album Gates Of Light II is being released as a series of three EPs highlighting each producer and their hometown; the Glasgow Edition EP (produced by Finlay MacDonald) and Paris Edition EP (produced by Kid Loco) are out now with the London Edition (produced by Scott Fraser) and a vinyl compliation to follow.
