Wicked costumes, electrifying atmosphere, epic dancing, it was an honor to play a peak time set at the Ymir Witches Brew Halloween Party_2024 edition, a night celebrating talented female artists with Poetry, DJs, a fashion show, and captivating dance performances.  

Was also an honor to share the stage with female local talented Dj Jazzy jo @djjazzyjo, Dj Orita @carola-plzza, Sistersun @sistersunmusic and HAYLO @hayley-martin-44.

Strasse Killer (Darker Sounds, Valhall Records) is a 24 year old artist from Budapest, Hungary. In 2018 he discovered and fell in love with the moody sounds and ominous vibes present in Dark Techno. He has now been producing and djing for the past few years, wanting to express his own ideas through his own productions. His music is mostly influenced by the darker side of organised religion and ancient history.

Breast cancer survivor and feminist DJ Lexa Voltz curates 100% woman-powered mixes as a political act. Her sets celebrate women’s too-often overlooked presence in electronic music, transforming the dancefloor into a space of resistance, resilience, and joy. Sourcing tracks from women-identifying producers based in various centers, from Buenos Aires to Berlin, Brooklyn to Paris, and London to Mexico, Lexa Voltz arouses dancefloors with her electrifying presence and her savory musical selections. 

Hailing from vibrant Montreal, where she spent years immersed in the local techno and house scene, Lexa Voltz was inspired to start mixing in 2021, after relocating to the artistic hub of Nelson, British Columbia. Nestled in the snowy mountains and forested lakes of the Sinixt Peoples’ unceded traditional territory, this move proved creatively fertile as she also performs as a burlesquer and hosts an all-francophone community radio show featuring solely women artists.

An Indian-Dutch DJ with roots in both traditional and experimental sounds, I craft soundscapes that evolve from minimal ambient sounds to dark, hypnotic, and deeper underground tunes, creating a dark immersive experience. Music has always been my language of liberation, a way to express the unspoken and connect inner worlds with outer realities. Each set is a surreal yet raw journey, transforming the dance floor into a space of unity, exploration, and freedom.

Die Geschichte begann als er das Schlagzeug seines Onkels im Keller des Elternhauses seiner Mutter fand. Sein Onkel war damals Schlagzeuger, und Timo begann wie sein Vater als Teenager Schlagzeug zu spielen. Timos Mutter kaufte ihrem 13-jährigen Sohn ein Schlagzeug zum Leid der Nachbarn. Seine ersten Berührungen im Alter von 16 Jahren (Schüler) mit DJ-Equipment sahen so aus, das er sich Die Plattenspieler und Mischpult bei einem lokalem Verleih besorgte und an Wochenende im Partykeller der Eltern Auflegen übte, während seine Kumpels lieber Tanzen gingen.
Unter dem Namen Timmy T. fing alles an. Erste eigene Veranstaltungen, erst in Mietlocations – später in Clubs oder auf Booten !Doch dieses Synonym ist inzwischen ausgemustert, da der Name nicht mehr dem Alter entsprach Heute ist er unter dem Synonym Timo Manson im Härten Genre unterwegs. Als KlangCharakter ist er im Bereich Deep- und Melodic House als Live Performer zu sehen.
Sein Studio „Timo Manson Music” ist auch von Namenhaften Artists gern besucht, und auch Auftragsproduktionen oder Film Postproduction sind keine Seltenheit. Ebenso ist sein Studio Anlaufstelle für DJ´s die die Erfahrung oder auch Hilfe beim Musik produzieren brauchen, um ihre ersten Songs zu erstellen. Anders als diverse Künstler des Musikbusiness.  ist Timo bereit sein Wissen mit denen zu Teilen, die Wirklich was lernen wollen. Seine Mails beantwortet er immer selbst, auch wenn es mal etwas länger Dauert.
Timo hat in seiner DJ-Karriere viele denkwürdige Momente erlebt. Er ist bekannt für sein einzigartiges Talent, sich an veränderte Wege anzupassen, einzigartige Stile einzubringen oder großartige Dinge zusammenzumischen, aber vor allem, den Moment zu nutzen. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, dass er mit der Single „Deep Wine – Klangcharakter“ nur wenige Wochen nach Veröffentlichung den Platz 3 der Droomschipp Verkaufs Charts auf Beatport landete.
An dieser Stelle würden nun die Referenzen erscheinen, was Timo aber nicht macht, sich mit erfolgen krönen , dem er nur einen Teil beigesteuert hat. Auch wenn jetzt viele denken, der hat bestimmt kaum Referenzen, aber diejenigen haben nicht das Wissen wie man solche Informationen in Erfahrung bringt.
Last but not least gibt Timo an Schulen oder auch Jugendzentren Ableton Live Kurse, um Anfängern die Möglichkeit zu geben, die Startschwierigkeiten zu überwinden. Besonders am Herzen liegen ihm Jugendliche, denn die Kurse bietet er Kostenlos an, weil er in dieser schwierigen Zeit der Jugend eine Plattform zu bieten – egal mit welchem finanziellen Background.
Also einfach eine Mail oder Private Nachricht schreiben, wenn ihr wirklich jemanden sucht, der euch beim Start in Sachen Musikproduktionen unterstützt. Oder wenn ihr in eurem Jugendzentrum mal etwas neues anbieten möchtet, den jeder Teenager muss für etwas begeistert werden.

Zu Projekten mit anderen Künstlern ist er immer bereit, Timo ist ein Teamplayer.

Biografie : 

Eugen Menjaev

When only 12 years old, Eugen Menjaev started producing his own tracks and experimented with a cheap program with a few loops layered over each other.
A year later, while other kids his age still played with cars, he started working more professionally with Fruity Loops. At this young age, his love of the music was born. 
2009 he started to produce Minimal / House / Hardcore and Hardstyle tracks. By the age of 16, he had over 600 different open fun-projects .

His love and passion for the music inspired him to look into different genres and he finally found his big love at the age of 17, Dark Techno. 
The dark mysterious sounds and heavy kicks of this musical genre fascinated him straight away, and he was deeply influenced and inspired by Hefty and Silvano Scarpetta. 
Since then he has worked hard and developed his style, his music illustrating the dark and disturbing side of the world we live in.

In 2015 Eugen Menjaev had his breakthrough year, his tracks arrived nearly every Country all over the World and he played in clubs all over Southern Germany, including Cologne, Ostfriesland  ,Niedersachsen ,Nature One and also Switzerland.

In 2017 he achieved his dream by being signed to Heftys label "Darker Sounds" - he knew this label would fit his style perfectly and help him improve and evolve his music.
Also that year he got ranked under the top100 Dark techno producers in the world and his EP "13 Geister" (with Kevin Wesp, Mike Maas and Adrian Richter remixes) got published in the 
Faze Magazin with a rate from 9/10.

Meanwhile he´s in other big labels too, like ReWasted from Sebastian Groth, Section-7even from Jason Little, Bonehead Records from Sutura, Freshcut from Marika Rossa, Hardwandler Records from Kai Pattenberg and more.
There he have releases with big artists and his idols as remixers which he connected with the years.

2023 Eugen started with designing and created his own collections with the same deep-darkstyle like his music. Meanwhile he opened his own online shop where he sells his collections and also his merch.
