Episode 235: Rebrand?

How to approach women without fear of rejection is one of the biggest challenges men face. The truth is what matters most is not the approach itself but how you remember it afterwards. Every time you see an attractive woman and fail to take action, you are training your nervous system to hesitate and act cowardly. That memory sticks with you and makes the next approach harder.

In this video I explain a mindset trick that helps you overcome approach anxiety and stop missing opportunities. Psychology shows us that the remembering self is more powerful than the present experience. That means if you avoid talking to women, you will remember yourself as someone who bottled the moment. On the other hand, if you take action you build confidence and a positive reference point you can use again and again.

When I coach men in London, I teach them a simple rule. If you miss one approach, you must make the next three without hesitation. This prevents you from dwelling on mistakes and channels the energy of hesitation into decisive action. With repetition, this becomes a habit and your confidence grows.

The key is learning how to turn the negative feeling of missing an opportunity into motivation to take the next one. Instead of remembering yourself as a coward, you remember yourself as someone who takes action. This mindset shift transforms your dating life because you stop fearing rejection and start building success one approach at a time.
