Looking for a much older track, I found this one - which was written in Singapore around 2014.   Three hours later I had a rework pretty much completed.
This the Devon of the South West UK, famous for its creamy custard and rice pudding.  By way of the Basque Country for the feel of the track.  
Also by way of a lady called Devon who worked at the agency and had found something out that she had to tell the board and felt bad about it.
