We've had another great year developing the L👀k Busy Collective brand. 

Gigs and festival appearances showcasing our style of underground House and Disco has seen us play several times in Manchester, as well as our home cities of Edinburgh & Aberdeen. We've managed to get some limited studio time in too with a few "Edit" releases which we hope to expand on in 2025 with some original productions. 

Last year we enjoyed pulling together a mix of our favourite records from 2023 so much that we had to do it again. So following on from its broadcast last week on @discbreakradio you can hear our best of 2024 2hr mix featuring 25 tracks that have done the business for us.

Finally, our free premiere service for labels and artists has started to garner some traction on our SoundCloud and YouTube channels.

Okay, okay. Quick history backstory.  Drums as a child, and through his 20's.  Turntables, and loads of vinyl before entering the digital realm.  Nick has been busy with all that noise for two and half decades.  Growing up on rock, grunge, 90's electronic, hip hop, and everything in between rounded out his senses for music, and what appealed to him.  A taste ever evolving leaving him playing house, techno, minimal, acid, downtempo, and breakbeat.  Now with over 20 years of experience you can expect great track selection, crowd reading, and flawless mixing.  This journey has seen him play in cities through Western Canada, and with larger acts from abroad including the likes of Mark Farina, Tipper, Kevin Yost, James Teej, Pezzner, Dirt Crew, Detroit Swindle, Noah Pred, Rob Paine, and many more.  

After spending many years as a key part of Left Coast Crew in Victoria BC as a DJ/Promoter, he is back In Saskatchewan where he started this journey. The new vision is to rekindle his old connections and push his promotion brand The Motive To Move (TM2) to new heights, and entertain as many party people as possible.

 True underground representation always in mind!
