Plattenküche im Mezzomar in Duisburg Wedau am Samstag, 18. Februar 2023 wieder mit 3-Gang Menü.

Einmal im Monat wird das Seehaus an der Wedau zur Plattenküche. Unverwechselbares Markenzeichen der Partyreihe war das doppelte Vergnügen für die Gäste. Erst können sie kulinarische Gaumenfreuden genießen und sich anschließend von erlesenen Disco-Classics und House-Beats verwöhnen lassen. Ein Menü mit drei verschiedenen Hauptgerichten zur Auswahl bietet die Grundlage für eine berauschende Partynacht!

SUNSET DISCO Volume Three (FREE D/L)

On December 2nd 2023 hubby @dj-bk-du and I went live on NDC Radio for the first time with "The Couple Show". This show is a completely new experience for us, as we have always pre-recorded our radio shows and have never had a show together before. 

Broadcasting live is a next level experience, you work with completely different standards. The fact that we are still quite new in this area can be heard here and there in our show. We had a few technical problems at the beginning, had to get used to the microphone level and so on. 

Despite everything, we had a lot of fun recording this show and are already looking forward to going live again on the 16th of December. Maybe you'll be there too? 

You will be able to hear us every 2 weeks on NDC Radio in a 2 hour show, starts from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. (GMT) / 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. (CET). Our music themes range from Balearic, to Yacht Rock, Disco/NuDisco to funky, jazzy and soulful House.

Bio:
DJ BK started DJing in 1994 (Club Plastique) and has since had numerous club and bar residents in his hometown of Duisburg (Desperados) and its surroundings (Friday Night Club @ Kobra Moers). In 2022 he took the opportunity to DJ at an official ADE event in Amsterdam with great success.

Just before the pandemic, BK started a FB group called “The Art of Edits” and ever since he’s been specialising in creating edits-filled-mixes for SoundCloud, the most successful being his series “The Love Edits”, “Pop Art”and “Yacht or Not Edits”. 

BK and his wife Jasmin (@houseofJayKay) are members of the @DiscoWaltons family. Since the end of 2023 they are doing a bi-weekly live-radio-program "The Couple Show" on ndcradio.co.uk .

Jay-Kay has been a music addict and vinyl collector from her early teens. Mentored by her husband @dj-bk-du ,she got into DJing in 2022 with great success and plenty of SoundCloud klicks on her mixes. Jasmin aka Jay-Kay is also a member of the Disco Waltons family. Her musical style is diversified, ranging from disco to house to balearic and back again.
Together with her hubby, she broadcasts the 2-hour "Couple Show" on NDC Radio every 2nd Saturday.
She is also the founder of the party event "Women for Women" and supports her husband BK at his "Sunset Disco" events.
