Una Marlboro" is a track that tells a real and raw part of my story. When I was a kid in Naples, they used to call me Marlboro — and that nickname stuck with me. It wasn’t just a name, it was an identity. A way of saying: “This is who I am.”
With this hardgroove techno track, I’m bringing that name back to life — that street vibe, that fire that always burned inside me. It hits hard, no filters, like a Marlboro smoked in silence while watching the world rush by.

Una Marlboro" è una traccia che racconta una parte vera e cruda della mia storia. Da piccolo, a Napoli, mi chiamavano così — Marlboro — e quel soprannome mi è rimasto dentro. Non era solo un nome, era un’identità. Un modo per dire: “Questo sono io.”
Con questa traccia techno hardgroove voglio riportare alla luce quel soprannome, quella strada, quel fuoco che mi ha sempre acceso dentro. È una botta diretta, senza filtri, come una Marlboro fumata in silenzio guardando il mondo che corre.

Oric Giuliano – Hardgroove & Detroit Techno DJ/Producer

Born in Naples, Oric Giuliano is a DJ and producer who embodies the soul of old-school techno, with a sound rooted in hardgroove and Detroit techno. His passion began between 2012 and 2013 when he first heard a techno kick—a moment that marked the start of his musical journey.

His biggest inspiration came from Giuseppe Capriati, the DJ who made him believe in music as a form of expression and inspired him to pursue a career as a DJ. His first steps led him to discover Drumcode and artists like Adam Beyer, but it was legends like Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, DVS1, and Rodad who truly shaped his style. Influences from Luigi Madonna and Roberto Capuano provided him with a strong technical foundation, while the raw and percussive sound of Freddy K added the final touch to his musical identity.

Now, in 2025, Oric Giuliano continues his mission: keeping authentic techno alive. With high-energy DJ sets at 145 BPM, his style pays tribute to the golden era of techno, blending grooves, percussions, and immersive sounds that keep the dancefloor moving without compromise.

Based in London town and with a serious history in everything dance music, you’d be hard pushed to find someone more passionate about electronic sounds than Jake Cusack. With an involvement in the scene lasting over two and half decades, he has built inimitable experience and know-how that he continues to grow and learn from. From the humble days of DJing at the age of 14, to cutting dub plates in the music house on the Holloway Road to play in his evening sets, he has experienced the underground side of dance music and watched it flourish into the huge industry we know and love today.

Specialising in a unique brand of Deep and Tech House, Cusack’s sounds have garnered him support from all corners of the genre’s fan base. Originally from Wales, but living in London for twenty plus years, he moved to become closer to the sounds that he adored, finding himself releases and shows all over the world, connecting with 12inch Thumpers and Fresh DJ Agency he found himself playing at legendary shows such as Sundissentail & God Kitchen, and playing to crowds from Kings Cross to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Influenced by artists such as Tony De Vit and Tall Paul, his releases were unleashed to critical acclaim.
