As we approach the holiday seasons many of us may begin to feel these experiences as we try to meet certain deadlines or expectation that others or we ourselves put upon us. Kathleen and Jazmine discuss the importance of watching out for burn out with others and within us. They over some helpful advice on how to overcome this by investing in ourselves just a couple of minutes each day.
