You might not have come across this little bandit-masked songbird before. To be fair, its name doesn't exactly roll off the tongue - this is a 'Eurasian penduline tit'. Its elaborate name comes from the equally-elaborate hanging "pendant" nests they weave from animal fur, plants, wool, and spider webs. Although small, they build incredibly strong structures. Their nests can withstand winds of 80 kilometers per hour, and in the past were even made into children's slippers in parts of Europe. Right now the Eurasian penduline tit specifically isn't endangered, probably because humans don't have that much "use" for their reeded riverbank and marsh homes, but populations of other songbirds like them are suffering from habitat loss and illegal poaching. We need to safeguard the earth’s biodiversity and protect these tiny-but-mighty inhabitants. One way to do so is by donating all proceeds to Greenpeace.

Great white sharks are among the ocean’s most iconic and misunderstood creatures. Famous for their size and power, they are apex predators that play a crucial role in maintaining marine ecosystems. Great whites can grow up to 6 meters in length and are found in coastal waters around the world. They are highly migratory, sometimes traveling thousands of kilometers across open oceans. With incredible senses, including the ability to detect a single drop of blood in vast stretches of water, they are built for survival.
Despite their fearsome reputation, great white sharks face numerous threats, including overfishing, habitat loss, and the impact of climate change on ocean temperatures. These majestic animals are vital to ocean health, keeping populations of prey species in check and supporting biodiversity. To help protect these remarkable predators, we will donate all release proceeds to Ocean Conservancy to support marine conservation efforts.

built, mostly inside my head, to honor the movement of a special orb and the indelible mark left on me for eternity — but stretched, slowed, and somehow slipped into reality. musically it edges on a full interplanetary howl but it stays placed firmly on the earth, joint in hand, with a soft sway in it's hips.
