My basis for Ecstatic Dance is always the 5Rythm concept. It is also nice to do a Dance Meditation purely according to this concept. I recorded it without the spoken words by me.

I am a "Free Spirit" DJ. I play Ecstatic Dance, Ethnic Dance Music (Folktronic/Organic) but also Ambient/Trance and Progressive House. I prefer to mix the various streams of music. In short : I love Music.
