This song came from a place I wasn’t sure I’d ever let music touch. It’s about sex, yes — but more than that, it’s about intimacy colliding with memory, and how desire can either heal or haunt. I’ve been with people who saw my body but didn’t see me, and I’ve also known the kind of connection that’s terrifying because it does.

“Inside” was born out of that collision — physical, emotional, and spiritual. It speaks to the aftermath of trauma, the ache of needing to be accepted, and the risk of letting someone in fully when parts of you still feel unsafe or unloved.

Recording this was strange at first — I had to step into that vulnerability vocally, not just lyrically. I wanted the track to breathe, to burn, and to blur — like a fever dream you remember through someone else’s scent.

This isn’t just eroticism — it’s reclamation.
