Exploring the lower BPM range of psychedelic trance, Chronic Kundalini is the project by Vincent Vuna Bailey. Based in Capetown, Vincent found his taste best represented in the 125-142bpm range. His sets are characterized with exquisite selections from Psy Tech, Zenosque and Dark Forest Prog delivering a furious and consistent flow. Vincent has been part of the local south african psytrance scene since 2017 and it's a huge pleasure for Patronus to have him represent our vibe. We can't wait to see what the future brings with Chronic Kundalinis contribution to the family!

For me, music has always been more than just sound — it has been a lifeline, a language, and a way of seeing the world. From an early age, I was immersed in it, thanks to my older brother. He was the one who shaped my taste, opening my ears to deeper sounds, rhythms, and ideas that would stay with me forever.

As a kid, I was drawn into the psychedelic trance community, where music wasn’t just entertainment but a doorway into new states of mind. Those experiences — both on the dancefloor and within the journey of sound itself — planted the seeds of creativity and exploration. Music became my inner compass, tied to freedom, discovery, and the unspoken.

In 2008, I stepped into BMP College to study music production. The passion was there, but the timing wasn’t right. Life had other plans, and I had to step back. But the spark never left me — it stayed alive, waiting for the right moment.

Along the way, I found another path of expression: tattoo art. Today, I live from my craft as a professional tattoo artist, pouring stories, symbols, and energy into skin the same way I do into sound. Art has always been my way of survival and connection — whether through ink or frequencies.

Now, in 2024, the moment has arrived to return fully to music. My production is not just about beats or technique — it’s about storytelling through frequencies, expressing raw emotion, and channeling the psychedelic spirit that has always been a part of me.

This is the next chapter of my journey. And it’s only just beginning.
