Listen to SCIONAUGH's Sonic Palette in this Universal Tribe episode. The notorious mad scientist of Australian bush prog, Scionaugh is a project borne of curiosity and sonic exploration. Scionaugh brings together a perfect balance of alien, instrumental and organic sounds that are equal parts groovy, driving and playful. Scionaugh has been a long standing member of Universal Tribe with his first release back in 2017. In this time Scionaugh has released a wide range of music featured in this set as well as curated our Deep Daytime compilation series Subspecies. Founded in Melbourne in 2013, Universal Tribe Records has grown from deep underground roots into a globally respected imprint, predominantly focusing on Bush Prog, Deep Daytime, and Psychedelic Techno. Once an infamous host for underground raves in Berlin, Sarah Wild is now a DJ and producer. Her energetic sets oscillate between acid basslines and piano elements. Sarah has already released on @returntoforever1 @correspondant,  @permvac, @dessert-berlin @feinestier and her own label @midnightoperators.  When she was a girl her father took her on tour with his surf-rock band. She grew up hanging out in backstages of clubs and venues all around Europe. Not only through this first touring experience Sarah was always surrounded by music. She learned saxophone and piano supported by her grandmother who is also a singing teacher. All her youth Sarah played in bands and was part of several jazz projects. Also her passion for electronic dance music developed at this time. Sarah was born and raised in Jena, a former east-German city who became popular for its delicate scene of electronic music. She quickly became part of it as a dancer and also started her first little projects as an artist. Sarah Wild started her solo project in 2016 and has been touring in Europe, Mexico, Panama and Guatemala.

We are writing a musical legacy for this generation and the one to come ...

Growing up in Szeged, Hungary. Polinom is a music fanatic and producer/dj who is a fresh energy in underground techno music. Began producing back in 2008.He managed to build a solid list of gigs at his hometown. 

Influenced by artists like Troy Pierce, Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath, Dominik Eulberg, etc.

He’s fusing techno with melodies, dreamy synths and eclectic elements. His music instantly recognizable.It’s music both your mind and the dancefloor. His debut EP landed on Black Dalmata which is a unique piece of electronic music. The grooves pushes you to dance with no effort while the loops get you hypnotised. His style evolving years by years.

My Name is Marvin and music has pretty much always been part of my life. I’ll skip the cliche “ever since I was a kid” story you’ve heard it a thousand times before.

I’ve been producing techno for a while now, and this year felt like the right moment to start fresh. So I chose a new name and put my older tracks up on Bandcamp.

From here on, I’ll be sharing both new and unreleased material on a regular basis. There’s quite a lot in the vault, so expect a steady flow of sounds.

My hope is that some of you will connect with what I do and if a track or two finds its way into your sets, that would mean the world to me.
