Pawn is the Chara replacement. Barney picked Pawn up at the start of his adventure, and brought it along to the very end. It is now able to properly speak its mind, humbly thanking Barney for showing it how to stay determined in a world where you can so easily be pushed around. It asks to be slid under the couch so it may return to its home, and Barney obliges before finally going home himself.
