Born in the early 90s, raised and shaped by the 2000s, Cuentin Torrentino does not let himself be confined by genre limitations, with one primary goal on his mind instead - to provide emotions and entertainment. In his colorful and euphoric selection you can expect to hear everything from rave breaks or acid, through hard groove and hard bounce techno, to various types of trance, including its contemporary, pop-infused, eurodance interpretations.

As the nickname suggests, all of this with one common denominator: nostalgia for the style of the decades that passed- in a refreshed, energetic and club-friendly form.

Tony Flenderson is his more tamed and restrained side project alter ego, exploring lower BPMs, various house’y subgenres (from funky and groovy, through melodic to tech-), garage, bass, breaks and electronica.

After being introduced to electronic music back in the early 90's in Los Angeles, a teenage David Flores was hooked. He started DJing across Southern California on the DIY warehouse, backyard, desert, and rave circuit. His style then was as varied as the local scene - a myriad of sounds ranging from house to acid to techno to hardcore. After a few years solely DJing, he began releasing original music under the monikers David F & Audio Injection, which landed him on labels such as Monoid, Stimulus, 4 Track & LA label Droid Recordings. His association with Droid Behavior began in 2003 as resident at the now defunct yet infamous and internationally acclaimed Interface event series alongside Drumcell and Raiz. He currently runs a new event series together with Drumcell and Oktaform named “Observe”.

In early 2011, he started the project Truncate to focus on the deeper, raw side of techno. His Truncate releases early on gained critical acclaim from world class underground talent such as Modeselektor, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Chris Liebing, Speedy J, DVS1, Luke Slater, Ben Sims, Josh Wink, Eats Everything, Joris Voorn, and many more. Since then, he has provided remixes for artists across the musical spectrum including Kink, Slam, Loco Dice, Ben Sims, Josh Wink, Ellen Alien, Miss Kittin, Carl Cox & Nicole Moudaber. He has also released original works on 50 Weapons, Ultramajic, Blueprint, Ei8ht, Figure and of course his own imprint Truncate. He has also collaborated with Jimmy Edgar, Chambray and most recently started a new project with Ben Sims as ‘Assailants’ which they’ve released on their own imprint ‘Obscurity Is Infinite’.

A rigorous international tour schedule has since followed, including stops and regular appearances at the most prestigious venues and events, including Berghain in Berlin, Fabric in London, Concrete in Paris, The Movement Festival in Detroit, Womb in Tokyo, Dimensions Festival in Croatia, Awakenings in Amsterdam, Output in New York, and many more.

With his heavy remix, production and touring schedule there is still no slowing down for David. He continues to shape an evolving sound and to champion the Los Angeles underground.

Toru S. is a hot fancy lil' Japanese house music producer, remixer and dj . Toru S. started his music life with playing classical guitar at the age of 10 getting the education of his mother who was a professional classical guitarist. And around early 80's his mother has been attracted by jazz drum and this made Toru S. much influenced by those kinds of music. In his collage days Toru was pushed into a member of breakdance team of the collage and played as a hip hop dj against his will. Someday Toru heard of Satoshi Tomiie who was his contemporary at Waseda Univ. and got famous in the world for his big tune "Tears" with "Godfather of house music" Frankie Knuckles. This took Toru to house music world.
In 1988 Toru started producing house tracks and since 1995 he has released officially more than 2000 tracks under the names of "Magic Cucumbers","Tony Van Kamono",“Un 7” and "J5 Eaters" teamed up with Tom Stephan and around 70 aliases.
Toru's first release "Questions" was released in 1995 from his own label "Philosomatk Records" which was established with Hiroki Tee in Brooklyn, NY. It got a big reaction from David Mancuso and put on his LOFT chart and also much valued by Danny Tenaglia and Joe Claussell and strongly recommended by his record shop "Dance Tracks". With this first success Toru has released more than 50 titles of 12”singles and EPs from his own label and other labels : Peter Raohifer's Star69 records, Nervous Records, Eightball Records, Junior Boy’s Own and Chumbo Mundo..etc. Outstandingly Toru’s works are very unique and sometimes not easy to be understood by　ordinary people just to listen once because they are deep, sexy ,tech, dark, tribal and hard so to speak wide ranged sound. In other words his tracks are easily recognized as Toru S' sound which are very effective especially on the dance floor at the big club. The proof is that they have been played a lot by big name Djs like Tony Humphries, Joe Claussell, X-Press 2, Smokin’ Jo, Pete Heller & Terry Farley, Paul Van Dyke, Tom Stephan, Peter Rauhofer, Danny Tenaglia and Junior Vasquez. Toru S. tracks were fiercely featured in the mix CDs like "Live @ Roxy" mixed by Peter Ruahofer (Star 69 Records) and "Lights Out Vol.2" mixed by Steve Lawler (Global Underground)…etc.

Toru S. is also well known for a big lover of Platypus - the most primitive animal still surviving only in Australia..
