Brahmari pranayama is a breathing technique known for its soothing and calming effect on body and mind. When you exhale, you make a sound that sounds like the soft buzzing sound of a bee. In addition to the meditation itself, the vibrations that occur are good for the physical body.

 Brahmari Pranayama :

Take a slow, deep breath through your nostrils. Fill the lungs completely with air.
Exhale by putting your tongue up against the gum and start humming:
Feel how the sound vibrates in your head. The sound should be even and continuous.
The song is structured so that it is very easy to follow along. You hear the breathing clearly and distinctly, so it's just a matter of following along with your voice.
Humming bee breathing should be such that the number of rounds is gradually increased as the practice improves.
