The Republican/Democrat duopoly is a system much like the one in the Matrix movies. And just like Neo, we must choose to fight it.

I wrote this song during his first term, and at the time I thought it was cringe. Three months into his second term I realized its time had come. Three months later, I realized it was already too late. Drums were recorded the day he signed the executive order criminalizing flag burning for federal employees. I was editing this song in the fallout of the Charlie Kirk assassination and the administration's move to start actively censoring broadcasters. The importance of this song for America today is not in the music or the lyrics, but in the words of Abraham Lincoln's Lyceum Address, echoing through time with a prescient warning for all Americans.
